We ordered a "wild one" cake and smash cake from them for our daughters first birthday. Not only were the cakes perfection, but they went above and beyond for us. My daughter got hand foot and mouth the day of her party so we had to cancel it and reschedule. When I asked about freezing the cake so we wouldn't waste it, they offered to REMAKE both cakes for her next party! It was such a kind gesture and we will be getting all of our baked goods from them from now on!

Overall, our experience with this business was good. We had our wedding cake made here and they did an amazing job! Other than forgetting to add purple flowers to our cake, it still turned out great and when I mentioned the mistake, Kayla made it right. I understand mistakes can be made so I'm not going to make a big deal out of it because I've never had a bad experience with this place and I've gotten 2 birthday cakes and my bridal shower cake made here aside from our wedding cake. The service has always been great, all the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and I would still recommend this business to anyone. Their cake is literally the best cake I've had anywhere. Thank you Carls Cakes!

We had gender reveal cupcakes made! Katie made it very easy! I told her what cupcakes we wanted, we dropped the envelope off from the doctor and they were ready the next day (we only ordered 6)! They gave us the envelope back too because it had the ultrasound scans included which we didn’t know! And the cupcakes were delicious like always!! They definitely helped make our gender reveal extra special!

We used Carl's cakes for our wedding cupcakes. Everyone loved the flavors, we had so many compliments on our 3 options. We did a 'jumbo' cupcake for our cutting cake and it was such a cute idea, everyone loved it!

So very sad with poor quality cakes. I ordered 2 separate cakes for a family get-together (graduation and birthday). I ordered mint frosting on one. If you thought about it, you could almost taste the mint in the frosting. The other contained their signature raspberry filling. There was so little filling you could barely see the red and you couldn't even taste it. If this was the only issue I'd experienced over the last few years, I could say it was a fluke; however, the quality has slowly deteriorated over that time. I have raved about and recommended Carl's Cakes for many, many years and it has been my go-to cake for special occasions. I was willing to pay a premium price for the quality. I can no longer recommend these cakes and will need to find an alternative for special occasions. I am deeply saddened that it has come to the point that I feel I need to write this poor review and warn potential customers of these issues.

I got this adorable cake for my birthday and it was amazing!! I did a marble cake with German chocolate filling at it was delicious and wasn’t overly rich. The ordering process was easy, the staff was helpful, and the cake was fantastic. I will definitely order from them in the future! Can’t wait to try more.

Cake we picked up came basically undecorated except for a little writing that was suppose to be blue but was black. Also the cheesecake was not what we ordered. It will be a very long time before I order from them again
