Normally I like the place and in person the pharmacists are nice and helpful. But they don’t like phone calls. Very short with me and interrupting. It was a unique case and I had to speak with a person. Made me feel like I was wasting their time. The receptionist was just as bad! I think it’s her job to answer the phone!

I just want to give a shout out to Costco for making jobs available for CDS sample workers, while samples have been cancelled during the coronavirus scare. They are allowing CDS workers to help in the warehouse to still get a paycheck. RESPECT!!

The clean environment with the awesome staff is always a pleasure to visit & shop at. I was looking for an item & a nice man found me after he sent me to an aisle that my item wasn't in...to clarify & help. I was there a few days later & he remembered me & apologized Kudos to staff

I ha e bought two pair of glasses from Zenni online. One was fine and the second pair I decided to stop in a Costco and ask for some advice. The sales associate I spoke with was very honest with me. He said my glasses were just what I paid for online, nothing more. Had I brought my prescription to Costco, I would have paid __$ for the whole package and after that conversation, I believe that Costco would have been a better route. Medicare paid some for my exam with my eye doctor at Dean ( Davis Dehuer). And I have always seen an ophthalmologist, since they see more than any eye doctor!

I don't have a complaint about the store, my issue is with how employees are treated. Costco says it's a family oriented business, however, when an employee asked for time off to attend his 2 daughters baptism his request was denied even though he had arranged for coverage so his department wouldn't be short handed. I have tried through several avenues to get in touch with the store manager with no success. I find it difficult to believe that the person who denied the request has absolutely no family values or faith.
Bought the street tacos for dinner tonight (fresh food area, just past the rotisserie chicken). It was delicious!

Just wanted to take the time to thank Molly at the Sun Prairie store. I needed to get hangers today and searched and couldn't find them. Molly happened to walk by and I asked for assistance. She couldn't find them in the spot they usually are and nobody else could either. She searched at least 20 minutes to find them because she knew they were in the store somewhere. She didn't give up and she stayed in contact with me and hand delivered them to me. Now that was customer service and all with a smile on her face! Thanks Molly for making my experience today a great one! I will be back!

I wanted to share an experience that I had today while shopping in the store. I had to run in for a few things and had my 2 week old baby with. Fairly early into our shopping trip, she began to cry and wanted to nurse. I hurried to get her to the bathrooms so she wouldn't disturb other shoppers. When I got to the bathrooms, a male employee stopped me and asked if I needed a quiet room to feed her. Shocked, I said yes. He went and got a key, grabbed my daughter's car sea
