I placed my order and it was sent at 8:20 PM, I drove the 15 minutes to get there. Arrived at 8:40 PM. They say open till 9 PM. Apparently they started cleaning before I placed my order and was told I couldn't get my food cause they were too far along in the cleaning. I am furious, well over an hour was wasted by choosing it out, the drive there and back to my house, and trying find the sense that this makes with one of the employees. Strongly urge no one to order from this location.

I’ve stop at this cousin subs before it closed it was 8:20 when I pulled up to the drive thru and the guy told me he could’ve serve me no hot meals. I get u guys are trying to leave at 9 but I came 20 mins before yall closed yall should not be closing down that early.This had happened a couples times I been there and I’m disappointed something has to be done about this. Monday September 28th at 8:00pm whoever worked that night needs helps.

Walked into an empty restaurant and one car waiting for order. Standing at the cash register and waited…two dudes working, one was somewhere other than up front. Ordered two subs, two regular drinks, small Mac and cheese, no chips and cheese on one sub. With tax $49 to feed two people not to mention the coke machine was out of 3/4 of the selections. One bathroom smelled like vomit, one was ok. 15 minutes later a $49 bag, and we were on our way. Cannot imagine if there were more customers or a line. Sorry first and last at the new place along Hwy 151 and if I’m going to drop 49 bucks it should come with a Spotted Cow!

I stopped in to use a gift card and shelter myself from the storm. Cayden was nice, respectful, and fast. I ordered dine-in and the presentation was awesome. He brought the food right to my table after saying they'd just call out my order number to pick up. They even loaded my shake up! Awesome! I love Cousins and this was a good experience

So, it was not bad, but it is expensive... Kid meals are the same price as in a normal restaurant. Then half sandwiches are 10 bucks. If you want the long one it is close to $20. Just the sandwich. Nope.
We went because the kids got the Free Sub for doing the library thing, but you still had to buy a drink and fries or chips, which is $6 for both, so the free sub was $18 for 3 kids...

Never heard anything too good about cousin's expect that they had good curds. Besides the curds, I totally understand that now. I paid $20 for a sandwich that was the saddest looking thing in the world. If I knew I was paying that type of money for what I received, I would've gone to jersey Mike's or firehouse and knew I would've enjoyed what I paid for...do better.

Dave was nice enough but left out all the veggies and condiments of the sub bowl. Also served dirty, rotten spring mix, so the bowl was inedible.

I keep wanting to give Cousins a chance, but every time I’m more disappointed than the last. Paying 20 bucks for a sandwich I expect it to be loaded with meat and toppings. Every time the meat barely covers half the sandwich and it’s mostly shoved full of lettuce. I will not be going back when I can drive down the street to Jersey or Firehouse and pay the exact same for a sandwich that actually is full of meat and toppings. I wouldn’t pay more than 10 bucks for a large with the amount of food they put on. It’s incredibly disappointing.

This place has gotten so much better since they opened. Seems new manager (Jose?) has really helped with quality and speed of service. Worth a revisit of you previously had poor service at this same location.
