Was supposed to get a free item due to incomplete order given to me. Called ahead to say I was coming, person on the phone acted like it was an inconvenience. Said they preferred I call ahead and not go through the drive thru. I was calling them ahead...that's why I was on the phone with her and explained that Told me this us what the owner says to tell people. First rude person I encountered there, but she seems to feel secure in how she treats the customer and backed up her comments. Was more than arrogant and fine when I said I was leaving a review. I am not going back there. Unreal...I'll just go without.

I don't think I would ever go back to this Culver's considering the people that work there were very rude and I also got told that now they charge $0.50 for a cup of honey mustard that I ordered with my meal which was absolutely pathetic

Culver's. We enjoy it. It's fast. More clean than a fast food place... Even though it's technically fast food as well. This place was generally the same.
Temp was set a bit cool for mid May. But if that's our biggest beef, they did a pretty good job
