Temp was set a bit cool for mid May. But if that's our biggest beef, they did a pretty good job

This place used to be the goto.. but the last few months have been rough.. 40minute wait for ice cream.. ordering hot and cold food gets you ur ice cream first and then Hot food after 30 minutes.. so hot food and melted ice cream.. the last few months warrant a 2 star, but this place ha been consistent for so long I have to assume this is a staffing or management issue.

Custard is melted by the time they hand it to you. Cheese is not melted. If you order online and choose curbside pickup, know that they will never bring it out to your car and your order will not be done until every single in house and drive thru order is done, regardless of when you place your order.

First time in Wisconsin and I have been impressed with Culver’s every time I go. Burgers are great, fish fry is great (a little pricey but delicious) and pretzel bites have become a go to for me.
This location has gone wayyyy downhill ever since new ownership took over. Me and my family usually get Culver’s at this location about once a week. Well, for nearly 5 straight trips, our order is always messed up or missing something. Either employees need more/extended training or management needs to up their game. Clearly seeing the reviews something is wrong. Get your “you know what together” Culver’s!
