Wish I could rate lower than 1 star. We ordered tonight and were missing 2 orders of cheese curds and 2 orders or fries. When I called the store I was told they didn't have an extra bag sitting with our food so we must have it. We do not. Terrible customer service. I am willing to go back and get the food we didn't receive but was treated poorly so we will avoid this location and pass along the experience.

The butterburger and frozen custard I ordered was also very good in quantity,taste,and temperature.
Also to mention I have never seen a Culver’s until now with TV pricing/images instead of Paper, cool addition but also was confusing at first.

I have ordered DoorDash from this place 2x . Both times they have not delivered the full order. Both times, they have refused to re deliver and expect you to drive out here. You have to argue with them to remake your entire meal while half of it is left rotting at home. Every time this happens they are well aware they didn’t deliver your food and know what order is sitting right on their counter. They refuse to refund you and refuse to give you a manager to talk to. Instead they give you a coupon that never compensates for what you ordered, your ruined evening or the gas. At this point I would expect more than a coupon for 2 undelivered meals in a months time. And- it should just be policy for you to offer to remake everything while your food is at home rotting. It seems pretty intentional at this point like they don’t intend to deliver full orders and just take people’s money. Please have a manager contact me for a full refund- DoorDash won’t refund me because I reported this issue twice- you had it twice. I would like a refund.

Culver’s in Sun Prairie is a dependable place for a good meal or dessert. The restaurant is kept very clean and well organized, with plenty of seating inside and outside. Ordering is simple, the menu is clearly displayed, and the line moves quickly even during busy times. The staff here are consistently friendly and professional, greeting guests with a smile and making sure orders are right the first time. Whether you are coming through the drive-thru, ordering to go, or dining in, the service is quick without feeling rushed.
The food quality is always excellent. The ButterBurgers are hot, juicy, and full of flavor, cooked to order with toppings that are always fresh. The fries are crisp and golden, and the cheese curds are a Wisconsin favorite done right. The frozen custard is rich, creamy, and never disappointing, with flavors changing daily and the option to create your own combinations with mix-ins as a concrete mixer. Everything tastes freshly prepared and made with care, which is why it stands out from typical fast food.

This location has messed up my order three times now, one of which was choking hazard. A pattern has been established and I'd be a fool to keep eating here. Mooyah has always gotten it right so I will happily give them my business.
Service is terrible at both Sun Prairie Culvers restaurants. These two Culvers consistently ignore/forget curdside orders, allowing the food and custard to melt or get cold. Quite often food, like grilled cheese, will be burnt beyond the point of being edible and served as if a kid would touch it. Chicken tenders come out cold in the middle. Kids milk is always forgotten in orders.
Do not, I repeat, do NOT order curdside. You will never receive your order. Staff says the system dings once, and no one bothers to check the lot. Also, carefully inspect the bags because something will be missing, burned, or raw. Until this place is under new management/ownership I suggest the Cottage Grove or Madison locations, as these issues have been persistent since management changed several years ago.
Response to owner: Feedback sent, has been sent before, but nothing has changed. Unfortunately it will probably take a food borne illness to occur before someone will get serious about replacing the ownership/management. Free value basket coupons don't fix deeply flawed institutions with poor ownership and management.

I’ve been going to Culver’s my entire life. The new one on Oxford does not season anything. Not their burgers or their fries. U have to ask for salt on ur fries. Deff not the Culver’s way. If you want good fresh Culver’s go to the older ones like cottage grove road.
