Sometimes this place is great, but others (particularly with one female staff) it’s terrible. They’re always slow, but.. when the one worker works, you also get no toppings. This is chocolate blizzard with cookie dough, Oreo, and hot fudge. There is cookie dough (a few pieces), and the rest is skipped. I wish I could get money back whenever I see it’s this worker.. the one time I complained to her she claimed EVERY other worker was doing above what they’re supposed to.. I don’t believe that considering she skips toppings entirely..

At first the ice cream was wrong, when I pointed it out the worker made a doubtful face at me and checked the receipt. He saw that I was correct, and said nothing but went back to remake it. When I got the correct ice cream, I asked for a spoon he said nothing and rolled his eyes before handing me a spoon.
I have gone here a few times since I’ve been in town. Tonight my nephew went for me and I asked him to grab a small chocolate cone dipped in chocolate. He called me telling me the girl at the drive through at 8:45pm on Thursday night refused to do it. She said they are not allowed to do that and the cone will fall apart. I’ve done this a few times because it actually does the opposite and keep the ice cream from dripping down as fast. I tried to explain this to her and I was happy to pay more. I’ve done it this was since I was a little girl. She just refused. To add to it she didn’t even give me the right ice cream. She did vanilla dipped in chocolate. She didn’t put a cover on anything else we got. It was a mess. I ended up throwing my cone away. So disappointed in the customer service.

So.... no concerns about their food/product but last time I was in I was overcharged for a pre-made ice cream cake. It was odd because the price tag on the cake was for an 8" but as I was being rung up the staff member was peeling off the price tag and the total was higher than I expected. I didn't get the tax computed fast enough to know if it was right.... asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes. As I walked away I realized I was over charged (charged for a larger cake instead of the 8" I purchased). I went back to the counter and no one was there. I figured I made a mistake but looking at their website I confirmed I was over charged. I am not going to call the store because they should be accurate to start with so an honest review seems appropriate. So.... double check the price/charge before paying.
