Had the Lake Perch two different times hete but I'm not sure if it was lake perch I felt it was ocean perch. It was too big to be lake.

Stopped in for a quick lunch to find the double bacon smash burger on special. It was my lucky day x2 as microbrews were $4.00 to boot!

Have to admit this place wasn't on our radar, but had a coupon and thought we would try it out. Damn if this isn't one of the best fish frys around. We had the Bluegill and Perch and both were outstanding, the beer batter was delicious. The restaurant itself was so clean and has a great atmosphere. We were seated promptly and got our food five minutes after ordering despite it being busy. Even had the owner stop by our table to make sure everything was OK- great guy! A hidden gem in Sun Prairie that you need to try out if you haven't already.

Food was missing ingredients and was not as good as it was in the past but all in all wasn't terrible owner offered a free meal next time I come to compensate for mistakes 😀 owner is awesome

My 8 yr old got the steak. It was a fillet mignon for something like $36. My 8 yr old could tell that they were serving frozen steaks and said it tasted awful. The manager insisted it hadn’t been frozen. But come on it’s their only steak and what, do they get fresh meat a few times a wk to keep up with only a few people a wk paying $30+ for an 8 oz steak. LIAR!!!! Me, my wife, mother and 2 of our 24/25 yr old daughters all got the fish fry. We all got sick and only ate 1 piece each. Something was fishy going on. Would NOT recommend or ever go back. People don’t waste your $$$.

Decent food, great service, n8ce atmosphere but can be loud

Had the double smash burger and fries. The fatty bacon elevated this burger to great, and the fries were the perfect crispiness you hope for, and get the pickles on the side for a bonus sour treat. Good job flavor per dollar spent, will stop again if I'm in the area.

I just watched a version of Beat Bobby Flay on Chicken and Waffles and I think Steve's are better!!! Patti😎✌️

Good venue choices at reasonable prices. Great staff and beer selections. Fries were awesome
