It would be better to close than to have employees sitting on thier cell phones and ignoring the incoming calls. We ordered some miscellaneous bites. I pick them up and after I get home, realize there was no glaze for cinnamon bites. I call and no answer. I drive back over and see the employee leaning over the counter scrolling on his phone. I call and walk in so I can see if they're actually ignoring the calls and sure enough, phone is ringing away and both employees refuse to answer it. Just close the store if you're not wanting the business.

They really went above and beyond especially Josh I ordered pick up and I accidentally sent the order to the wrong store so when I went in to pick it and I told them the situation they fixed it right away and got my order in free of charge

Placed order, 25-30 minutes later and they had not even started our order for 1 small and 1 medium pizza. Took an additional 30minutes to get our order. Staff just standing around, going outside and talking on the phones, vaping, didnt seem bothered. Terrible service.

The pizza here is very tasty.. My kid loves the parmesan bread sticks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The dominoes app works fantastic which makes online ordering very easy.. Keup up the great work.

I usually do not have issues with this store. However, tonight I did not receive an item from my order. When I tried to call the store, I did not get an answer. I tried calling multiple times, yet no one answered or picked up.
Edit: I just tried to call about three more times, and whoever was working tonight picked up and hung up on me all times I called. All I wanted was a refund if they weren't able to deliver my missing item.

I have used Dominos delivery for years, being from Detroit where Dominos HQ is, I have had great service, in the last 2 delivery's both have been a complete cluster. I am currently waiting on a pizza that was ALL wrong, spoke to the manager 'nicely" its been an hour now. Driving over and getting a refund. Then contacting Ann Arbor Michigan HQ. I have never given such a terrible review EVER.
