This place SUCKS! They CANNOT handle a rush your order will be messed up, you will have to wait 20 extra minutes and then they will bring you the wrong food again. I watched it happen multiple times. This is not the first time either, I try to give chances. The only reason I came here was convenience, but it's no longer convenient.

staff was really nice, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were credited on the loyalty program. They also had the coveted chocolate cream donuts in midafternoon which my family loves!

This Dunkin has the best frozen chocolate! It tastes like a milkshake! I always tend to get chocolate with sprinkles or glazed donuts they taste so good! I really love the glazed and powder munchkins as well!

Only on Saturday mornings when I go to get my coffee it taste like hot sugar water . Monday through Friday the service is perfect but whoever is working on Saturday need to add more beans and less water or do some retraining

Dunkin’ Donuts never disappoints! Whether I’m grabbing a quick coffee on my way to work or treating myself to a donut break, the experience is always smooth and satisfying. Their coffee is consistently fresh and flavorful—especially the iced options, which are perfect any time of year. The classic glazed donut is a favorite, but their seasonal flavors are always worth trying too. Service is fast, friendly, and efficient, even during busy hours. Affordable, reliable, and delicious—Dunkin’ is my go-to spot for a daily pick-me-up.

Two incidents within 2 weeks is disappointing. I excused that we were overcharged for 2 coffees and 2 avocado toasts - were charged for 4 toasts equaling $26.00. I felt that it was my fault for not requesting a receipt so we just let it go.
But today, I ordered 2 coffees and 3 avocado toasts and when my daughter opened the Duncan box at school, she found an empty avocado spread container smushed onto her avocado toast. Gross.
We enjoy Duncan as the service is typically spot on but for the price, definitely areas of opportunity.
