Only on Saturday mornings when I go to get my coffee it taste like hot sugar water . Monday through Friday the service is perfect but whoever is working on Saturday need to add more beans and less water or do some retraining

Dunkin’ Donuts never disappoints! Whether I’m grabbing a quick coffee on my way to work or treating myself to a donut break, the experience is always smooth and satisfying. Their coffee is consistently fresh and flavorful—especially the iced options, which are perfect any time of year. The classic glazed donut is a favorite, but their seasonal flavors are always worth trying too. Service is fast, friendly, and efficient, even during busy hours. Two incidents within 2 weeks is disappointing. I excused that we were overcharged for 2 coffees and 2 avocado toasts - were charged for 4 toasts equaling $26.00. I felt that it was my fault for not requesting a receipt so we just let it go.
But today, I ordered 2 coffees and 3 avocado toasts and when my daughter opened the Duncan box at school, she found an empty avocado spread container smushed onto her avocado toast. Gross.
We enjoy Duncan as the service is typically spot on but for the price, definitely areas of opportunity.

No donuts available at 5pm. Lady said i must come earlier, but they close at 8pm. Why are they working full time? What do they do, just stand around and wait to go home instead of making donuts ? I even asked the lady can i pay for 3 donuts and come pick them up when their done, she said No.
This location is a hit or miss for service and quality. Today was the worst. Service in drive thru was ok. I opened my hot mocha to let it cool and found SEVERAL hairs floating in the cream. Avoid this location!

Occasional errors (hot vs cold, hot drink was barely lukewarm and every time we order munchkins they substitute flavors without asking). The sourdough breakfast and bagels bites are delicious
