The Beauty
I stopped here for coffee the other day, I enjoy speaking with the employees. All three younger adults working in the evening right before closing time and they were focused. They were cleaning the floor and provided great customer service with a smile. I wish all three of them well and my coffee was delicious.

This is our weekend go to for my kids sleepover breakfasts!! Sometimes I'm a little disappointed that by mid-morning the donuts are pretty picked over and scarce. I recommend going as early as possible to have a better selection!

Ordered a meal deal and donut for drive through pick up on the app. Line for drive through was going to the road so went to pick up inside as I have done before. They had my iced coffee ready and like every visit were out of the donuts I want. Agreed to a different donut and asked if they were still working on the rest of my order and they said yes. I waited 20 minutes and walked out without the rest of my paid for order. The mass of doordash orders seem to take priority.

Weekends are the worst time to come to Dunkin’ Donuts the coffee taste like crap or they don’t make your order as requested. I’ve stopped coming to Duncan’s because of them not listening to Customer. I said multiple times in drive-through no worries as I needed to go get somewhere by specific time And I get to the window and it has ice. I didn’t have time for them to remake it because I am on a time crunch if you’re gonna have people working there, you should really make sure they listen to what the customer says.
My order consisted of two avocado bacon toasts. As you can see, they’re both lacking bacon. It’s three ingredients. How do you miss the most important component?

On multiple occasions, I have ordered ahead by 15 minutes or more and still had to wait when I got there. This last time was the same case. But my order had been printed and put on the counter after 10 minutes awaiting I had asked them if they could please do my order because other orders that were printing after mine we’re getting filled except for mine. I ordered a dunkin latte. They said they would get to it. Then a group of high school girls came in whose orders also printed after mine and the male manager Ask them what their orders were so he could Get them for them. Meanwhile, my order was still not filled. I had asked again And then after 20 minutes, my order was finally gotten to

Order was bagel not toasted. When it was called out he stated not toasted so I didn’t check. Left and pulled it out after a bit it was toasted. Order iced macchiato it was all milk. I asked server and manager said it was right so showed a picture from their website so she added a shot. They had lot of traffic at counter so guessing grounds being reused!! I did take it and left and it was flavored milk. Travel this way all the time and will not be stopping here.
