I don’t post much on this establishment! I luv Gus’s Diner, have ordered several, several times to go orders. Lately, they DO NOT always GET THE ORDER CORRECT! Disappointed, the order was totally incorrect. I called back within an hour that my friend picked up the order. The young man I talked to was polite, the same young man who took the order but couldn’t offer anything, even giving him the order number & telling him what was paid for! I asked if the owner was there if he can reach him, he didn’t know how, really, I understand this could be a cooks issue or somebody didn’t take the order correctly! This has been happening too much lately! I get the right person they have all the information in the computer & know what we usually order, too many times in a 2 week span the order is incorrect!!!

Absolutely appalling service extremely rude staff and manager. Food is not as described and when I return it, the server tried to charge us anyways. Server was talking poorly about customers and never checked on the table. When I tried to talk to the manager she hung up on me. Do not go here. Owner and manager are terrible.

Been awhile since we ate here…but sadly, won’t be back. Wanted it to be great, but it was not. Chicken strips were over cooked and grease smelled spoiled. Fries also were overcooked and grease smelled bad. I swear there were pin worms in the ketchup! Also had a Philly sandwich and the meat was dried out and tasted old & was WAY over salted. It was gross. I’m hoping I don’t get food poisoning. We also had a burger and fries and a buffalo wrap. Soup was alright. We had broccoli cheddar but it was quite globby. Could tell it was made with canned cheese. It was about $83. Waitstaff were very friendly and that was the only positive I can say for this place.
I must say im not a big fan of roast beef sandwiches but this place does them right! Plenty of leftovers at a reasonable price 😋

I don’t get the hype for this place. They forgot to take our drink order and we the food all tasted like old cooking oil and was unseasoned. How do you mess up a cheese omelette.

I ordered a rather simple course being pancakes, a breakfast burrito and am omelet at 10:49am and it said it would be ready at 11:13am I got there at 11:20am to give them some extra time and didn’t actually get my food handed to me until 11:50am and then they forget an item and I had to go back in. I’ve seen the place busier and have gotten the food faster. Nothing was offered for me literally sitting there for over 30 minutes past when they said the food would be ready. Usually this place rocks but damn I’m disappointed, our food needs to be reheated and I this place isn’t cheap..
