Placed an order for 2 sandwiches and they only give me one. Then while my gf is waiting up to 20 min the other one and go up to the register to complain, these idiots ask her if I payed for the second sandwich???? Joke of an experience

I recently visited Jersey Mike's in Sun Prairie and was extremely disappointed with the service. The employee taking my order seemed annoyed that I was there; was short and impatient, barely making eye contact and looking at the clock repeatedly (3 times in the 4 minutes I was there) during my brief visit. I felt rushed and unwelcome, as if the employee was eager to close the store (asking the other employee to count the money) despite it being open for another 30 minutes and having 3 other parties in line behind me.

The quality of the food was fine, but the overall experience was completely ruined by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the employee. I would not recommend this location to anyone seeking friendly or attentive service.

Can't find a better sub

My #55, Chicken Big Kahuna (on wheat) was delicious and ready quickly. All staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and well stocked.

Hands down, the best Jersey Mikes location I’ve been to. Staff is awesome! They always appear to be happy/positive. The manager of this location is doing a FANTASTIC job! She greets everyone with a smile and cheerful demeanor. Not to mention the sandwiches! Maybe it’s the positive experience they deliver each time we order, but I swear their subs taste better/cleaner than any other J-Mikes I’ve been to.

My co-worker and I have been ordering lunch from this location on a weekly basis for the last 6 months! He has been coming here for years now. He actually brought me here for my first sub from this place. I was going to the Washington Ave location - - only been back twice since; both were terrible experiences. Staff there is a joke/clearly do the bare minimum.
