Generally you’re supposed to help in shop customers first. I went in today and watched the employees make 4 delivery orders and 2 sandwiches for drive through before making the next 3 in shop orders.

Closed before 7 pm… Again. I’m done with these clowns. They keep claiming to be short staffed but last time I saw three of them walking out early. Back in my day we could hold down a Taco Bell all night after 7 with just two of us. Weak.

if you have ordered ahead on the app don’t go through the drive thru, but the one thing I really like is the app payment does Not ask for a tip which is getting way out of hand at all fast food restaurants.
