Ordered door dash. Door dash was wonderful and timely.
However I called to let jimmy John’s know that my sub was incorrect to see about them making a new one. I ordered a spicy Italian with no capicola.
The spicy Italian is supposed to come with extra salami and capicola. I received a sub with a very thin amount of both kinds of meat, not extra anything. And no spicy anything on the sub. No peppers that come with it. And when I called to have it re made they had no driver available. For incompetent people to not be able to read an order it’s a waste of peoples money and time. Esp those who have allergies or dislikes. Some people expect their orders to be correct. It’s such a simple job that’s why this becomes irritating. Easily over rushed and they will be rude over the phone when trying to figure out how to get the correct order.
Second time in a row. Sorry jimmy John’s but I’m going to start ordering earlier from millios.

This is a good store to go to if you like standing around while the workers ignore your existence. Jokes on you JJ, I like that sort of thing!

I’ve been coming here for years, and usually don’t have any issues. That being said, this experience made me feel bad enough to write this review in hopes to have the staff reevaluate their costumer service skills.
As someone who works with costumers as well, I know these can be annoying but this comes from a genuine place.
We love the subs and this location enough to decide to come and buy the whole family some food. Usually, it’s just three subs we order since my parents and I come without the rest of my older siblings and my youngest brother doesn’t eat subs. Keep in mind, I was only trying to order lunch for my family. Parents and siblings, and as a Hispanic family- we are a lot, 8 in total.
I went inside, and first thing I did was ask. I wasn’t going to demand something that wasnt possible. Immediately, I felt the vibe shift and I grew anxious. I really didn’t want to come across as rude at all so much so that I was stuttering saying I needed a catering box for today, as soon as possible. Asking for things like that when ordering for our family is cheaper and we just figured out the strategy for other restaurants.
The two guys were just awkward and clearly not very expressive- that’s fine. I don’t expect smiles 24/7. What threw me off and made me feel bad however was the dude in charge. One of the guys asked him if it was possible and he said no but seemed frustrated that he was asked in the first place. The guy then awkwardly came to relay that message. Which I saw already.
That was fine. I obviously don’t mind being told no as long as it isn’t done from a place of coldness. I then asked if it was possible for seven subs at least (earlier they had a line and still had costumers ordering) since I had been thinking of ordering a 30 piece box and that was a no go.
I was told and explained why not, even though I wondered how they were going to manage with only two available breads. But okay, no, understood. But the same dude in charge seemed to be getting actively more upset and although his movements weren’t grand, when he signaled at the bread that was “cooling off” I could tell he was actively getting worked up. So my mother and I simply left with no fuss.
I don’t mind being told no. I don’t care being told no if it isn’t possible. Just don’t make me bad for asking when I wasn’t being a Karen.
Went to Subway and the lovely two workers were very polite and patient with us. Almost a third of the man power at JJ’s at that time.

They have started using 3rd party delivery services, who apparently don't ring your door bell or knock, so the food just sits outside while you (im)patiently wait for your food that has already been delivered. No text, no email, no knock. Unbelievable.
I had to order several subs & bags of chips for 2 of our football teams that were playing in Sun Prairie. I had to make 2 separate orders to be picked up at 2 different times so it could have been complicated, however, Dalton was amazing to work with. He made the ordering process easy & was thorough in his details to make sure everything went smoothly for the 2 pick ups that night. I couldn't be more grateful for his help!

Horrible customer service. Very disappointing experience. I’ve been to several other locations and never had an issue but this was hands down the worst

Ordered a sub with no tomato extra mayo, received no tomato no mayo. Very intentional, thought that only happened on TV

Generally you’re supposed to help in shop customers first. I went in today and watched the employees make 4 delivery orders and 2 sandwiches for drive through before making the next 3 in shop orders.

Usually does really good but today bread was as hard as a brick and they tried to tell me they didn’t notice. Well it was hard not to notice my gums hurting from biting into the bread.
