 Again. I’m done with these clowns. They keep claiming to be short staffed but last time I saw three of them walking out early. Back in my day we could hold down a Taco Bell all night after 7 with just two of us. Weak.

if you have ordered ahead on the app don’t go through the drive thru, but the one thing I really like is the app payment does Not ask for a tip which is getting way out of hand at all fast food restaurants.

I’m just leaving the drive thru for pick up reasoning. Not only that, I’m a Sun Prairie East Alumni in athletics and education. I don’t know who sent the message but window worker goes “I was told you’re a special guest” Good or bad, I want you knowing “What’s up!?” In response. You and the entire staff of today. You guys deserve raises as of 5/29/24

The subs are always good. The staff are always friendly.
But they need a new slogan. They are not FREAKY FAST. THEY ARE FREAKY SLOW. IT SHOULDN'T TAKE OVER AN HOUR TO DELIVER SUBS. If they store can't deliver subs in a decent amount of time. Then stop the delivery service all together. This isn't the first time this has happened.

Very kind and professional staff! Someone else was experiencing an ordering issue (not the stores fault), and I was just so impressed with how kind the staff was to the lady and how everyone was so happy and patient :) Its also very clean in there and overall a nice atmosphere.
