Placed an online order for pickup on 4/9/25. Ordered the 6 piece tenders/12 piece nugget family meal. I got all the way home (40min away) and saw that they didn't include the 4 biscuits. Very disappointing.

This place is horrible in terms of order accuracy. It would be nice to not have to double check my order every time I order from here but there has yet to be a time where I havenât found something wrong. Itâs apparently not a solitary incident because they now have a sign stating they will no longer offer refunds but will instead âmake it right with a smileâ đ. Pretty telling in my opinion of the accuracy youâll get if theyâve gotten to that point, that theyâre losing so much money that they canât afford to refund folks for their efforts in making additional trips back to the store in order to correct mistakes that shouldnât have occurred in the first place or at the very least not subsequently, every time an order is placed. So disappointing and frustrating. đ

The biscuits and fries were completely disgusting. Fries were all stale and biscuits rock solid

The Sun Prairie KFC knows how to make fried chicken. Ordered a bucket of 12 pieces extra crispy and it was perfectly prepared.

Ordered food for pick up 2 1/2 hours in advance. When we got there did not have ready. Had no original meat left and only dark meat. Told us it would be a 60 minute wait. Was for a birthday party for my motherâs 88th birthday party. Will never go back here. VERY disappointed
