I understand that this is not the delivery driver’s fault, but the fault of the KFC staff. When you come in person, you actually get the order you asked for. But when you order delivery — and this is not the first fing time* — you get absolutely disgusting food that smells bad and is all stuck together.
Just look at what KFC sent me. I paid fing money for this*. And I want to get what I actually ordered. What I ordered was French fries, a large portion of fries, not some random big chunks of potatoes thrown together. On top of that, the fries aren’t even seasoned with paprika, even though they usually are. Normally they’re crispy and tasty, but when it’s delivery — that’s it, it’s a complete disaster.
I also ordered a large Pepsi. What they sent me — I don’t even know what that is. It looks like Pepsi, but it tastes like water mixed with chlorine. Absolutely disgusting.
This is a terrible attitude toward delivery orders. I really hope the manager notices this comment and does something about their employees, because this is simply unbearable. I understand that I will not come back here again. I’d rather drive 20 fing minutes* in the opposite direction to another KFC than order from this place ever again

Placed an online order for pickup on 4/9/25. Ordered the 6 piece tenders/12 piece nugget family meal. I got all the way home (40min away) and saw that they didn't include the 4 biscuits. Very disappointing.
