What a disgrace, I waited for nearly half an hour for an order because they didn’t have enough staff, and the cashier was a little difficult too, I hope they hire more staff, especially on weekends, I won’t return unless they fix their mistake

I had to wait longer for my pizza because someone took it and the pizza i waited for had a very big dry spot in the middle. Doesn’t look very appetizing.

7 o'clock hour on a Saturday, we placed an order for portal pick up. It wasn't ready in time, but that's ok, there were many factors as to why. The woman working the front counter was amazing. She was obviously hearing impaired, but that didn't stop her. She put out more fires in the 10 minutes I was there than I do all day with customers. I didn't care that my order was late, watching her take care of everyone and get those pizzas out the door needs more recognition, and I hope she gets it.

The last 5 to 6 times I've been here I've had to wait around 10 minutes for a pizza. The last time I came and no hot and readys. Pay for my pizza and told it will be around 7 minutes. I ask why there is never any hot and readys when thats their whole deal. As their giving me my change back they say 7 minutes isn't bad and I shouldn't complain and this will be my last pizza because im banned now. I just laughed and asked why, because I just asked why there isn't any hot and readys. They said because they said so and said that as long as their there I will not get a pizza. They didn't have a name tag on but said their name was Mimi. Super unprofessional and im sure it is not how the owner would want their store ran.

I havent gotten my food yet, and I have waited 45 min past the time my online order was supposed to be ready, but I am so impressed with the 3 ladies here. They are working so hard despite many technical difficulties, and I really appreciate their efforts.

The lady Samantha with attitude stated 30 minutes, so nothing really hot n ready about it. We then came back to get our pizza I noticed they only still had our pizza and bread sticks, no additional pizzas hot and ready for the next customers if they arrived , no one answering as I sat at the counter waiting. No customers so they are not busy. Then go to eat it and there's no marina sauce...like at all, it's been overcooked, the bread sticks almost like dehydrated and old, stale. We have eaten at this exact little Caesars many times and never had this experience. It has really gone downhill, DO NOT GO HERE.
First of all they had 0 hot & ready pizzas or anything else's prepped, then the front lady didn't even know how to take my order, had to video call a manager for 10 minutes straight and seemed drugged out, I'm never coming back here.
