If I could give less than 1 star I would. In all the times I've been to this particular McDonald's they've never taken my order right. Today for example, I asked for 2 Oreo Mcflurries and a hot fudge sundae for my family. Received 2 items and the window shut. Window reopens was asked if I needed anything else. I responded, "the rest of my food" the server asked what else were you expecting? I responded, "another Mcflurry" he said I already gave you 1 in a disrespectful tone as another employee reaches through the window as says here's the rest of your order sorry about the wait... not even sure if I got the right change. Smh

Everytime I come here, and I should know better by now, I am subjected to an usually long wait at the drive through. I'm currently writing this review while waiting in the driveway going on 15 minutes with two cars still ahead of me. Make sure to double check your order as well, they get it wrong about half the time

Ordered a cheeseburger and received it with NO CHEESE. Ordered a French Frie with NO SALT, received fries WITH SALT! Called the store NUMEROUS times to complain and NO ONE answered the phone. 2 employees working, 1 manager & 1 at the drive through window. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY! EXTREMELY dissatisfied!

Sometimes I wonder why I return (your the location closest to my home) because literally EVERY time I come you guys give me the incorrect items. A couple times I’ve waited for the camera crews to roll out telling me that it’s all a joke. I especially waited for the Impractical Jokers crew when I ordered a kids meal including 4pc Chicken nugget, yogurt, sweet and sour, chocolate milk but actually ended up with 6pc nugget, apple slices, honey mustard, and apple juice. Today you did include the correct items but tossed in a couple extra. I apologize to whichever customer waited for those breakfast burritos and probably never received. It looks like this is a frequent problem with this location. Next time I’m looking to sink a bunch of time in drive through to get the wrong food, I’ll stop on by!

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been through. A worker got my order wrong and when I asked for my money back after repeating it at least 5 times, the manager made me feel like I was in the wrong. It’s worth the drive to avoid dealing with the incompetent and rude people who work at this location.
Terrible service there were 3 cars in front of us we waited for 20 minutes to get our food in the drive through. We placed our order and when we got to the window we were told our order wasn't taken down. We told him again and after that it still took forever for our food to get out. Employees were dilly dallying the whole time. Not satisfied at all.

My food was all wrong. I asked for two bacon mcdoubles (NO onion, EXTRA pickles) and received: a mcdouble no cheese, tons of onion, no bacon / a mcdouble no onions, 1 pickle, no bacon, this had cheese ---- they had to try to intentionally j*** this one up. Get real.

This is the only McDonald's I can trust to get my order wrong every single time. It's unfortunate because it's very close to my home. It is literally every single time though and their service is pretty miserable too. I don't understand how this McDonald's is so horrible as compared to a normal McDonald's.
