The manager kept telling me to calm down and wouldn't listen to me when I was trying to tell him my correct breakfast order. Very disappointed in the service at the drive through. Also they didn't get my order right. I asked for a sausage egg mc griddle and they forgot my egg. They ordered it as a sausage mcgriddle. I felt like they just wanted to get me out of the drive through. This location is closest to my house but I will not come back. I will drive the extra time to go to the other location.

Food good and fresh but sometimes they put too much salt on the fries. I just rub it off as I eat them so it’s not a big problem.

Workers are horrible... Service is the worst it has ever been and there is no one that can speak English....... Now they keep everything by counter and you have to ask for napkins and they give you 4 to clean up a spill and you ask for more and they act like they have to pay for every napkin they hand out. How is it that there is not one American working here anymore, how does this happen and why.... These people are not nice people at all .

Not a great experience, wanted to get a birthday cake for a coworker (as a gag gift (And Yes Mc Donalds sells crapy cheap birthday cakes)) was told they don't have them. The manager didn't seem to know about them and wasn't about to go look.
Then tried to get an adult happy meal because i'm trying to get the set, they told me they were putting the adult toys in the kids meals because they ran out of the kids toys. Guess what? They lied straight to my face, I got a kids toy, not the adult one. Now i have a meal i didn't even want in the first place!

Went through drive thru at about 1230, took forever for someone to answer then when someone did, all they could not understand us, got charged for things we didn't order tried our hardest to tell them. Left without what we wanted after 30 dollars, and then order wasn't even right. Mind you this is the 2nd time, this week. Money wasted...

Usually this location is okay with rare order issues. Tonight was an exception. I noticed we were short a drink, went in to get it. Got home and realized there were no fries at all on our order. None in the kids meals, none with the Big Mac meal either. I paid $30 and had 4 missing items. I understand if something was broken and you were unable to make and serve fries- let the customer know! And reimburse them for the missing items they paid for…

Place an order through the app to pick up through the drive thru. When I got to the second window to get my food they said I didn’t have an order. They found it was cancel in the system and did nothing to fix it. Told me to go around the drive thru again. I was charged for it and it was never fixed. Never going back there.
Quiet and clean. Not a ton of workers around, but the ones that are there seem competent and capable. Love the free Play Place!

This location has become as bad as a taco bell for not providing the food that you pay for. I ordered breakfast including a hot cakes and sausage. I had been burned before so I had my son check the bag as we pulled away. It looked good. However, when we got home we discovered the hot cakes and sausage was missing the sausage. I tried to call the number for the store, but they must get so many complaints they have stopped voicemail on their phone number of the store they list on the receipt: 608-837-6400. I have called McDonald's corporate at 800-244-6227 and have been told 3 times that the owner will call me. I will update this if they do call.

One of the only McDonald's that is around that has a awesome playland for the kids yet, but if you're kid is under 3years old it might be to hard for them
