I went into drive thu on 01/01/26 at 11:45pm. Ordered a cheeseburger & fries. This lady being super rude telling me to pull forward when I disagree even finish ordering. When i went to the window the guy came & hand me over just fries, no cheeseburger and refused to take my money. I threw that in garbage. Horrible people. Never ever coming back here

The gentleman that usually takes orders and money at the first window (I finally asked him today, and his name is Derrick) is great at his job! ALWAYS courteous and efficient with a smile! Everybody there did a great job. It's extremely rare that our order is incorrect or missing anything, which isn't the case at most McDonald's that I've been to. The service at this McDonald's is FAR superior to the one on Bunny Trl. The one on A St is the only one we will go to in Sun Prairie anymore. Kudos to the employees 👏🏼

Went for breakfast. Was able to use the app code successfully to order. Staff was prompt when arriving. Line not too long. Ordered hashbrowns and a soda. Food was fresh and delicious. Wasn't and out in about 5 mins.

Im getting upset. Not only did I get food poisoning from undercooked nuggets. This place has failed to issue my monopoly pieces. Im missing one from my bigmac, large fries, and nuggets. Not to mention they failed to put in my earned points so the game can track my purchase. This store owes me 5 game pieces. I will be coming for them tomorrow.
IM MISSING NOW 6 GAME PIECES. I ASKED IF THIS LOCATION HAD ANY. THEY LIED. I WANT MY GAME PIECES MAILED TO ME. ALSO THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
