This is McDonald’s, so it’s understandable that many employees get very tired. I waited about 10 minutes for my food, but I don’t blame the staff at all. I could see how exhausted they were. They still tried to make it right and told me they would give me a little extra fries, which I really appreciated. Sometimes it feels like there aren’t enough workers to keep up with the rush. I truly wish the team strength, because working at McDonald’s is very demanding. Overall, the food is always tasty, just like at any other location. There’s really nothing to complain about.

When I pulled into the drive thru it took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge i was there and two cars to the left of me had there orders taken 1st when I was at my side first this is ridiculous and then the staff were just rude acted like they didn't even want to be there i will not ever use this mcdonalds again

Do you guys know what a phone is? You have it for a reason. I called after I came and ordered a diet Dr Pepper, didn’t realize it was rung up as a regular Dr Pepper, because I was trying to calm my dog down. I’m diabetic, if my boyfriend didn’t try it when I got home this could have been HORRIBLE. ALMOST every time I order something from this location it’s something.

Been there in the morning twice now and what time they couldn't understand my order and the second they didn't even bother to answer the intercom while they were outside smoking and joking it is the worst not to mention how pricey everything is

Theirs flys everywhere and the food isn’t that cheap and very few workers can speak good English, however all the workers are considerate the food was good and they were very quick. The place is also not very crowded. Theirs also no ketchup.

I was the first person in there and it took a half hour to get my food. They prioritize door dash and no one speaks English. Every person I watched come back in and say their food was wrong recieved an argument from staff saying they are lying or wrong.

On each visit to this McDonald's location, I have consistently encountered unsatisfactory experiences. I consistently request that my food be prepared fresh, as I typically have a 15-minute drive home. During my most recent visit on August 29th, I specifically requested a fresh Fillet-O-Fish, fresh fries, and a fresh chicken sandwich with a cup of buffalo sauce instead of a chicken sandwich. However, I received a double cheeseburger, and my entire order was not prepared fresh. The food tasted extremely poor, as if it had been cooked in unhealthy oil. I had a similar experience at this location previously when I attempted to discuss my concerns with management. Unfortunately, they were uninterested and disregarded my attempts to explain the matter. I believe that this establishment requires better management to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service.
