Went to get chicken strips. They took 30 minutes to get me the order and I had ordered for pickup through the app and arrived 5 minutes after the order. Upon arriving I got ignored at the McDonald’s outside POS station. As of this review I ordered at 10:00 and it is 10:35.

The staff was friendly, good was good. Someone posted a picture of a playplace here, but there is none. Obviously not mcdonalds fault, I just wanted to let people know. Brought my daughter here and she was disappointed about the playplace, but ice cream fixed that
They mess up orders each time we try to go here gave our food to someone else and after they brought it back up opened they attempted to give it to us and they were. Mad that we wanted it remade then deliberately made it incorrectly but still pit the sticker on it. When we asked to talk to a manger they could not speak English for us to even communicate the mistakes

Not so good. First, ordering was difficult, to say the least. I’ll remain PC and leave it at that. Waited 8 minutes in drive-thru with no cars in front of us. Was ok with that because it signaled we would get fresh cooked food. Nope. Fries were soggy, to the point of disgusting. Quarter pounder (mcD’s claims consistency) was drowning in ketchup and mustard to the point my 14 year old son wouldn’t eat it, and He never passes on fast food. Crossing this eatery off the list of options in the future.
