Ordered on DoorDash and receive my dish completely spilled from the top and into the bag. There was no sprite, utensils, or napkins. They offered to remake the order (my lunch was over at this point), or refund $5.00. I said that’s not enough, and he offered $7.00. I paid $36.00. Absolutely disappointed in DoorDash and this place. Worst customer service ever!

I have never been disappointed. From the lobster ravioli to the salmon piccata. The lamb shank or the shrimp gnocchi. It's all amazing. I have never dined in but the atmosphere is very cozy. It's a great place for a date or a get together with friends or family.

I drive 45 minutes to get this food. It’s always good and consistent. Lately, they have been forgetting items. Their prices are not cheap. My issue is lack of attention. I don’t know who they’ve hired, but I think re training and triple checking to go orders should be a priority. Very disappointing. If you’re going to charge what you charge, please deliver. It is very misleading.

Pros: - their baba ganoush and muhammara tasted phenomenal! Highly recommend those for appetizers. - kebabs had strong lamb flavor and probably the closest to authentic in Madison area. - traditional decor and music were relaxing and a delight. Cons: - they share a hallway with a place that sells weed products so the smell inevitably gets inside. - no black hot tea, only herbal teas even though they had the traditional Turkish tea cups. The only Turkish food place I’ve been to that doesn’t serve black tea! - a small note, iskander kebab when done in Turkish way has an up charge. This was not on the menu nor was it mentioned by the waitress.
This was our first time here and we were positively surprised by the food and the service. We were two persons and shared one Ottoman Platter and one Stuffed Grape Leaves. Many of the decorations (eg lamps) reminded us of our stays in the Middle East (Kuwait and UAE) so it was a pleasant atmosphere. Too bad so many people kept going in and out the neighboring business 😂🚬💨
The food here is always amazing. A favorite for me is the Shrimp & Gnocchi. Very comfortable in the restaurant and staff is so friendly you’ll feel like you’re at a family gathering. Small plates like the grape leaves, hummus and the baba ghanoush are always delicious. I’ve dined in and also had delivery via GrubHub and each time I very thing was of identical quality. If you like Mediterranean food, I highly recommend!

You wouldn’t think the best pasta in Madison is from a Mediterranean place and yet it absolutely is!! My husband and I were absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the penne al la vodka and the arancini was to die for. Hands down the best food in Sun Prarie and best pasta in Madison. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for incredible food. If you’re looking for something on the Mediterranean side of things- absolutely get the ottoman platter! It has some of everything and it hits the spot!!! I wish I could give this place ten stars- we’ve never left disappointed.
