They of course shorted me 3 cookies that I paid for on a delivery order for the kids and when I called back they wanted me to come get them, which I explained I can't drive due to an injury and they then said they would void the charges off the bill. Did not even offer to bring them to me....Will never order milios again!

I ordered a pick up order at 12:19 pm and online it said it would be ready by 12:34 pm. I arrived to pick it up at 12:41 pm and they hadn’t even started the sandwich. I was not greeted in a friendly manner nor did it look that clean in the dining area.

Online says open til 9p, door says open til 8p and has the open sign on, it’s 7p and staff are cleaning with the doors locked and chairs up.

No stars!! It was the worst sandwich I have ever had. I was so disappointed 😞. Ì ordered the 2 spicy beefs. They both had only 4 thin slices of beef and no cheese. I couldn't believe it. Nothing like the other Milio's I have been to. I will not be returning to this location 😒!! If I lived closer, I would have brought it right back.

Grew up in WI, been away for a decade. Not sure if this the new normal for Milio’s, or just this location but my $10 sandwich had like two thin pieces of meat on it. Normally I eat while driving right away but luckily I waited till I got home. Not a Karen but absolutely ridiculous

Its been years since i had Milio's. This milios has gone downhill. My wrap had hardly any meat, lettuce, tomato etc. There was more tortilla than anything. I tasted the lettuce more than the jalapeño wrap itself. it was 14$ for a small wrap, a cookie and lemonade. I felt like I didn't even have a meal. Wont be having this again.
Was a very tasty meal to warm up to after an evening in the cold. The staff was very friendly, and food was excellent.

They've closed before their time as advertised, pretty sure the hours on Google don't even match the location, not busy and had me sitting in front of the ordering drive up when I pulled away guy finally was going to take my order then looked out saw me and chuckled... kinda frustrating. Not goin back and only did cause there isn't a jimmy johns on this side of sun prairie.

Ordered food and it was supposed to be delivered within 25 minutes. I did not get my food for over an hour and had to call to check on the status. This is not the first time this has happened. On top of it, the bread was hard and stale.
