Went to this place on Black Friday 2025 at 11:30 am. Entered and only two people working. Line was only 4 deep, not too bad but grew to 7-8 quickly.
One worker was older Hispanic man who only manned the pizza oven. The other Hispanic younger guy was taking orders and making pizza as fast as he could! Doing a great job, that is 5 stars!
The pizza was 5 stars, but then a woman showed up out of no where ( back room, office area ) and started making the pizza dough into circles while people waited to order.
All three complained that “ Kurt” was not there and late. So here is where the 3 stars come in:
The place was cold! I mean actual cold air blowing entire restaurant! In fact my fingers were freezing.
When I went up to get my pizza order, I asked the older Hispanic man to if they could turn up the heat as it was cold everywhere in restaurant to eat. He just smirked, kinda laughed and hit Kurt (who no showed up) and said something to the effect of “ they say it is cold” and kinda laughed.
But the older Hispanic person did not stop there, he they said in Spanish, which I know how to speak “ this guy thinks it is cold in here” and they both laughed.
I can tell you, no one had their jackets off in the store eating their pizza. My fingers were frozen as were my wife’s fingers and the pizzas cooled down quickly.
They should really watch what they say in Spanish thinking they are talking about strange language. Also, concerns were not taken seriously. Oh and Kurt, hope you were not the manager.

I come here once in a while to get dairy/gluten free pizza. I love their pizza but what pains me though is there's no separate utensils for allergies (I would tell them my allergies, then they would use utensils that has been obvious used and contaminated.) when putting the pizza in the oven they just put it right next to the ones I'm allergic to. I understand possible contamination, but in my point of view it's uncaring/unprofessional.

The young lady taking orders was not cordial AT ALL! I said hello, no answer! She never asked or solicited what we wanted for our order. I didn’t know how this place worked, some advice would have been appreciated. She was not appropriate, tossed a box of gloves to trash and they landed on the floor. No reaction from her! The cook was fantastic and very cordial! We came from a cancer appointment and she portrayed a worse day than us, unbelievable!

I’ve never been treated so poorly by a restaurant staff worker in my life. Not one word was spoken by this person. I felt rushed and like I was not supposed to be there. She gave me a dry smirk when I said hello and that was the most the employee interacted with me. I was at least prompted for finishing sauces. She made me not want to return. If I were the GM I would seriously consider termination.

For what it is, MOD works. It will never be five star dining. Pizza quality varies depending on who is making it. It is usually pretty fast, and tastes all right. There is better pizza in town, if you want great pizza. If you just want a decent lunch, this is where you go.
This is the only Mod Pizza location where we consistently receive amazing customer service and delicious pizza. Armani, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had a great experience.
During our visit, someone in line accidentally took my pizza. I didn’t want it after that and asked for a new one. The team was kind and understanding about the situation. Armani personally followed up to make sure it wouldn’t happen again and assured us that our next visit would be even better. I truly believe it will be.
