If you're going here for the burgers, this is the best spot in town. They're a bit expensive, totally worth it. The fries weren't all that good, so I have to take a star off.

Love being able to decide what I want on my burger. A real burger not a smashed flat patty. Staff very helpful.

The food was good, shake was excellent. However I feel this is a little too expensive to do on a regular basis. It was a good experience.

Delicious! The staff was extremely helpful and fast on getting our order done correctly. The well d'onion burger, 2 bacon cheeseburgers and a paleo burger, plus a chocolate shake and everything was delicious. We love the fresh buns, it makes them that extra bit special from other places. The place was busy and the bathrooms were clean. I'll be back here again.

The restaurant was exceptionally clean and well kept except for some of the drink dispensers were really low (iced tea lemonade, etc).

They are essentially a slightly less good 5 guys, but also priced much more reasonably.

The biggest point of contention for me was the fries, which were *extremely* soggy, albeit fresh and tasty. I confirmed with the staff thats just how they're supposed to be. To reiterate, they were very good but the texture may not be everyone's cup of tea.

Shoutout to the owners and staff at Mooyah’s in Sun Prairie, WI…towns surrounding Madison, WI…and Texarkana, TX. These are some of the best run Mooyah’s in the USA. Great service, great value, delicious burgers, fries, and shakes. Follow Burgerface on FB for photos!

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service — Avoid This Location

This was hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I placed my order exactly how I wanted it, but when they brought it out, it was completely different from what I ordered. When I politely explained the mistake, the staff told me I would have to pay again if I wanted it corrected.

I refused to eat the wrong order and asked for my correct food. Instead of fixing it, the girl printed a receipt and insisted “this is what you ordered.” The receipt wasn’t even mine — she couldn’t locate my actual order at all. I gave the food back, untouched, and asked for a refund. She refused, and the manager also refused.

They wouldn’t provide their names, and the manager could barely communicate in English. Rather than simply correct their own mistake or process a refund, they stood there arguing and doing nothing. Unbelievable.

I would strongly advise Mooyah corporate to look further into their staff at this location to see how they are treating customers and driving business away. This location clearly doesn’t value its customers. I will never return, and I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
