I wish I could give 0 stars. I reluctantly gave this store one last shot. However, never again will I go back. Does leadership here even care about the product that leaves the door. I've received a pizza made completely wrong previously. I've received garlic breadsticks burnt. I've received garlic breasticks with no sauce. This most recent order consisted of 2 orders of garlic breadsticks, and they are sad. Clearly, quality is not a concern of this location. Go spend your money somewhere where they will actually put some care in the food they put out.

Ordered a 14in pizza and 10in cheese sticks. After placing the order a waiting over an 1 hr & 15min I called the store. I was told grub hub never showed up to pick it up. I was never told Grub Hub would deliver it. How is this my problem? Last time I checked Pizza Hut, Pizza Pit, Dominos, and Sugar River have their own drivers. I pretty much go no answers from Papa Johns, as they put the blame on Grub Hub. I placed my order at 7:10Pm pretty respectful on a Sunday, followed up by 8:23pm call>

Too many terrible experiences to say anything positive about this place. Why does it take over an hour on the weekday to be notified my order is out for delivery AND why did it take another 30 minutes to get my ordered delivered? I watched the delivery driver (obviously lost) circle around my block 3 times! Thank you for the incorrect order and cold food! I appreciate that and the no call.

Awful! 2 hours and 20 minutes for one pizza and wings. Food was cold. Absolutely ridiculous! They won't answer the phone. Don't waste your time or money!

I ordered a pizza from their website and said it would be delivered at 6:41. The time kept increasing and I called at 7:07, they said it was already picked up and out for delivery. The person at Papa John's said they were the only one there & the website/app doesn't take restaurant capacity into account.
The door dash driver contacted me at 7:20 to say they'd been waiting more than a half hour and they just started my order.
The system is broken and needs to be fixed. I would have preferred the truth when I called so I could have cancelled my order.

They are so slow. I had to wait at the store for over an HOUR for my food.
Maybe they’ll pay for my ER expenses due to the fact that I got food poisoning from their chicken wings. It was a first and last time I’ll ever try a Papa John’s. It has been one week and I’m still so sick. A whole week of loss income, expensive ER stay. Please don’t eat here.

Have ordered through the app twice and their estimated time was off by more than 30 minutes!! Waited in the store for it to be done. Last order I placed it said estimate done at 6:47 to 6:52 and I waited in the store until 7:26 when it was finally done. Reading the reviews it looks like it's a reoccurring issue.

Ordered through the app at 5:45. Estimate said it would arrive between 6:51 and 7:01, which was fine. For the next two hours after we ordered, the estimated arrival kept increasing. In the app's order tracker At 8:00, it still said "preparing" so I called. The gentleman told me that my order was picked up an hour and a half ago. He offered to remake it and send it out but it would be another 40 minutes "or so". I declined As I hung up, I noticed that the tracker was now saying the order was "cancelled". Frankly, I think I was not told the truth. I think he order was never made, or was made and never pucked up. Thr long wait was one thing but the lie takes it somewhere else entirely. I won't be back.
