We order from here every week and I’m getting real sick of them using door dash. They make multiple stops along the way and we get our 40 bucks worth of pizza an hour later cold. From now on I’m ordering dominoes and Pizza Hut they have their own drivers who get it to me right out of the oven. The only reason I order here is because my husband likes it.

Guy in charge of store is a real jerk. Wouldn't even give a quote time. He just shouts names out. I asked him when my order would be ready. He said when I yell out the name. He was wearing glasses and black gloves.

New Years Day. One employee working. One. Pizza was going to take 30 minutes longer than the app estimated. No communication; no updates. Clearly no care for their employees or customers. Needs new management.

We paid $100 for 2 pizzas, 2 wings and garlic knots. We didn't get the correct pizzas. We ordered a large stuffed crust and got plain crust and hardly any cheese on one pizza. We ordered a garlic Alfredo pizza with extra cheese and it is evident we did not get that. The garlic knots are very burnt. The wings barely had sauce. Would not recommend wasting money to go to this Papa John's. Would recommend driving further for Pizza Hut or Domino's if ordering from this style pizza chain.

Someone I know is a DoorDasher and had a pick up at this location. As soon as there was entrance into the establishment, they felt judged. To be specific, there were signs of the employee showing suspicions.
Following those previous mannerisms, they were later followed and rushed out of the door.
I was also very observant of these actions as well. So, this is just a heads up for dashers, don’t know the circumstances that lead this employee to show such suspicion.

Walked in for a pickup order and was ignored by five employees standing near the register. John, who seemed to be the manager, fiddled with the register for five minutes before everyone scattered. It took 10 minutes just to get my already-finished order—and the food was mediocre at best. I use to love ordering from here..
If I could give zero stars I would. Those in charge clearly don’t care since no one is responding to reviews. Waiting over an hour for our order just to find out that it wasn't even started after the planned delivery time. Tried to call the store, no one answered (shocking). Then the order screen switched over to door dash and delivery time showed it would be another hour before it would be delivered. I feel sorry for the Door dash driver that sat and waited there while the staff there had to finish our order (20 minutes). Ultimately the order showed up a half hour from the original promised time. All the while we have hangry kids wanting to have pizza with our Friday night movie after a long and stressful week. Based on other reviews it’s clear they have a staffing issue.

Pizza has always been totally fine for us here. It's probably not a wise choice to be playing music that has a lot of profanity in it when people are inside. Probably heard the F bomb thrown like 40 times in a 4 minutes. I don't really care that much but you'll eventually get that person who does.

We have ordered from Papa John’s a lot and this is not what I would call acceptable but any stretch. The pizza on the left had barely any toppings and the one on the right is it extremely over done. I called and spoke to a manager, who informed me they “looked great” coming out of the oven. He also said “I don’t know what you want me to do.” I was finally offered a free 12 in pizza - with the instructions that next time I call, I should “just tell them my name and they’ll give me a free pizza next time. I only have to provide today’s date, my name, and the time I called today “. So that seems like it definitely won’t be happening. Incredibly disappointed and won’t be back.
