Walked in for a pickup order and was ignored by five employees standing near the register. John, who seemed to be the manager, fiddled with the register for five minutes before everyone scattered. It took 10 minutes just to get my already-finished order—and the food was mediocre at best. I use to love ordering from here..

If I could give zero stars I would. Those in charge clearly don’t care since no one is responding to reviews. Waiting over an hour for our order just to find out that it wasn't even started after the planned delivery time. Tried to call the store, no one answered (shocking). Then the order screen switched over to door dash and delivery time showed it would be another hour before it would be delivered. I feel sorry for the Door dash driver that sat and waited there while the staff there had to finish our order (20 minutes). Ultimately the order showed up a half hour from the original promised time. All the while we have hangry kids wanting to have pizza with our Friday night movie after a long and stressful week. Based on other reviews it’s clear they have a staffing issue.

Pizza has always been totally fine for us here. It's probably not a wise choice to be playing music that has a lot of profanity in it when people are inside. Probably heard the F bomb thrown like 40 times in a 4 minutes. I don't really care that much but you'll eventually get that person who does.

We have ordered from Papa John’s a lot and this is not what I would call acceptable but any stretch. The pizza on the left had barely any toppings and the one on the right is it extremely over done. I called and spoke to a manager, who informed me they “looked great” coming out of the oven. He also said “I don’t know what you want me to do.” I was finally offered a free 12 in pizza - with the instructions that next time I call, I should “just tell them my name and they’ll give me a free pizza next time. I only have to provide today’s date, my name, and the time I called today “. So that seems like it definitely won’t be happening. Incredibly disappointed and won’t be back.

I was a little leery about ordering from here because of previous reviews but my husband loves the garlic sauce. I pIaced an order for carryout on the website and it was ready for pickup with within ten minutes. The food was hot, they got the order right, and they didn't skimp on the toppings (pick two or more for $6.99).

As a previous review stated, the corporate start up crew has left the building. The first month the place was open, the food was great. From there, each experience steadily got worse. From missing sauces to burnt food, I have experienced it at this location. Today, it was a blatant disregard for instruction. I order light sauce and get a sauce pie that doesn't even have cheese on the whole pizza. I just honestly feel bad feeding my kids this crap.
Ordered square cut and extra cheese, but pizza was triangle cut and regular cheese. Thin crust was burnt on the edges. Overall very disappointing. Door Dash made it even worse by denying any refund request.

They don't do delivery, they outsource it to door dash but don't tell you that until after you place your order. Why would I want a random person to delivery my food, that isn't sealed? Either hire your own drivers, who have at least some reason to do a good job because they get paid by you, or DON'T DELIVER. Was very annoyed to be notified only after ordering. Plus, over $70 for three pizzas (two of them small) and the apple pull aparts... way too expensive, especially given the quality of the food. The large pizza was almost room temperature, despite a delivery distance of only a few miles. The green peppers on it looked shriveled and dried out. It was not a pleasant dinner - won't be ordering from them again.
