This place is terrible!!!! We ordered the personal pizza box with wings on oct 12th via door dash the chicken was raw on the inside. Door dash wouldn’t give us a credit, we called the store to complain and the man we spoke to was very apologetic and said he would check the fryers and put a 30$ credit for next time but we had to order through the store directly. Come today 11-1-24 we called to place our order and they stated they had no note for a credit for us and that the chicken wasn’t raw because they are pre cooked and blanched. They also told us we had the wrong store! We do not! The address we ordered from is the same! I again noted that they were in fact raw despite the what they are saying and that we had the correct store. Attached are pictures of our RAW chicken! This place needs new management!
Worst store to visit. Pizza was not cooked properly and ruined my dinner. Avoid this store and go to nearby other stores. I read other negative reviews but still went to this store as it was nearby. Worst decision made. Avoid this pizza store.

The food was excellent. Especially the bone in wings. The service was mediocre because they failed to mention up charges for regular wings vs. boneless. It was a meal deal. Atmosphere wasn't great because it was strictly a takeout place.

Ordered carry out (we ordered maybe once a month the same order) which included a buffalo chicken pizza. The sauce is Buffalo, but it’s always a mild heat. This time it was burning hot where we couldn’t eat it at all. Tried calling the store to talk to someone and all it does is ring. Once I got to the automated message, I selected the option to voice a concern about my order. Someone answered asking to put me on hold and never came back. Last time we are ordering from here!

I deliver for Door Dash. Had an order tonight, pulled up to drive thru window, The car ahead of me was already asked to pull into a parking spot to wait for food. I pulled up to the window, and the employee was already hone in back. I waited a couple minutes, thinking he would come back out, but didn't, so I rang the bell. Nothing. After about 7 minutes I rang again, the finally 2 minutes later he came to windows and opened it and just as oblivious as could be that I rang twice and did not have my friendly face on, he said hello. Told him I had a pick up and he said it's going to be another 10 minutes!, bit like, NO apologies no acknowledgement of having to wait, and the way he did it as if I had already been told there was a wait . Now, as I'm completing this review, I got a notification that the order is ready. 3 minutes later, though, someone else just walked up my car and just said, oh your waiting on the Door Dash right? Yes , and still no food.

Been a customer for 40 yrs cant say enough about my supream pizza tonight just one of best on top really fast delivery can't say it again best pizza ever from the hut and sincere thanks to all the crew at windsor st sun prairie. LOL my first job was a pizza restaurant. Thanks again first time I ever made any comments good or

Ordered for delivery 3 hours in advance. Pizza showed up cold, like it came from a refrigerator, with the wrong ingredients on one of the pizzas, and order was over 45 minutes late.Tried calling numerous times to get information on why the pizza was so late. When I tried to speak to the manager, my call continently dropped when I was placed on hold. Horrible experience.
