If I could give it a 0 star I would! Don’t go there! I sat in drive through for over 15 mins while a guy stood 2 ft away from me talking on the phone. He did not even acknowledge me after I rang the bell three times. He just ignored me and stayed on the phone. Very poor customer service. I was there to pick up a pizza not sit there and watch him talk on the phone while my pizza was sitting up on the ledge getting cold for 15 minutes. No BS! So I asked for a manager he said it was him. I highly doubt it. Who does that? You tell the person on the phone to hold on for one second or acknowledge me and tell me it’s going to be a minute. Finally when he opened up the glass, I was so heated. I told him I was not paying for the pizza after he told me my total. Obviously the pizza was cold by now. After reading all the other reviews, I don’t even know why I went there in the first place. Everyone should just stay away from that place.

I have eaten a lot of Pizza Hut in my life. This particular one takes the cake. They make great pizza, they respect all the toppings and amounts you request, and they deliver faster than any other pizza place I have ever used. I am never disappointed. Keep up the great work!

Bullshit of a business! Call center takes orders, door dash delivers them. There's no one at the store to assist costumers!!! My arrival time was 10:24. 10:30 notification said door dash arriving to store. Got to my home at 10:42. pizza was cold as the car.. called bk, placed on hold to get manager, all 4 times..... No one ever came to phone!!!!
called bk 5th time at 11:05 after realizing the bs of using call centers & door dash and said i never got my order all together. The representative LIED and said she sees an arrival time of 11:19 pm.... I told her I ordered at 9:50. She couldnt even tell if i had my food or not!!! Do not order here.. Good paying customers get treated like doordash customers!!! You'll wait all night and your food will be cold.

Ordered online, estimated delivery time 9:33. Then I get a notification it will be delivered at 10:03 through door dash. Then at 10:05 I'm notified that the driver is on his way to the STORE. New estimate 10:25. Tried to call store to cancel order, I've currently been on hold for 10 minutes without anyone answering. Had to call doordash driver directly to try and cancel. Wtf

Spot on tonight Pizza Hut!!! Thanks for making dinner. Exactly what I was hoping for. The human who delivered my pizza was really nice. I appreciated.the great food and service. New app is an improvement. Lose the delivery fee tho- it's why I haven't ordered since the crappy Detroit pizza.

If you are buying more than 15 pizzas u should have a discount on them. Me and my family are donating 20 pizzas to the homeless shelter for New Year’s Day and the manager GEO seemed quite annoyed we asked for a discount. I get in it’s locally owned but dam let give back to the communities who support you. I will be reaching out to pizza to explain why anything over 15 pizzas should see some sort of discount that makes no sense. I’m a single father trying to build good community values in kids and I ain’t rich I’m thankful. This location always seem to be annoyed for some reason.

This place is terrible!!!! We ordered the personal pizza box with wings on oct 12th via door dash the chicken was raw on the inside. Door dash wouldn’t give us a credit, we called the store to complain and the man we spoke to was very apologetic and said he would check the fryers and put a 30$ credit for next time but we had to order through the store directly. Come today 11-1-24 we called to place our order and they stated they had no note for a credit for us and that the chicken wasn’t raw because they are pre cooked and blanched. They also told us we had the wrong store! We do not! The address we ordered from is the same! I again noted that they were in fact raw despite the what they are saying and that we had the correct store. Attached are pictures of our RAW chicken! This place needs new management!
Worst store to visit. Pizza was not cooked properly and ruined my dinner. Avoid this store and go to nearby other stores. I read other negative reviews but still went to this store as it was nearby. Worst decision made. Avoid this pizza store.

The food was excellent. Especially the bone in wings. The service was mediocre because they failed to mention up charges for regular wings vs. boneless. It was a meal deal. Atmosphere wasn't great because it was strictly a takeout place.

Ordered carry out (we ordered maybe once a month the same order) which included a buffalo chicken pizza. The sauce is Buffalo, but it’s always a mild heat. This time it was burning hot where we couldn’t eat it at all. Tried calling the store to talk to someone and all it does is ring. Once I got to the automated message, I selected the option to voice a concern about my order. Someone answered asking to put me on hold and never came back. Last time we are ordering from here!
