The buffet was nearly empty for 30m. No pizza, breadsticks, chicken, noodles or desserts (including ice cream). When I approached a worker who was wiping the salad bar down and ask about pizza coming out he rudely said, "he didn't know" and walked away. We waited and people were piling up waiting for food to come out. I went to ask Jett the manager about the food and he scolded me like a child and said, "we have been busy. We have had a lot of take out orders". WHEN I tried to say that I understood but we are paying customers he cut me off and said they are coming hastily and started talking to someone else. His kid and wife were also here as they interrupted as well. When asked for someone's name to speak too he told me he didn't have time and walked away. I was calm and polite UNTIL Jett decided to take his frustration out on me. Told him him and his staff are rude.

It's really disappointing to see how dirty this place is. There seems to be no management presence or oversight of the service. This is the second time I've had to clean my own table before eating—completely unacceptable.

The pizza is mediocre at best. The fried chicken is pretty good actually, we generally only come here for the game zone with the kids. Not somewhere i would choose normally to eat.

Went here for a lunch buffet, and we have been have been here a few times over the years. I like to give places a try again if it has been a year or two since I last stopped in. The price was fair (these days anyway) for what you get. $16 for a buffet and drink.

The food is thoroughly average. The fried chicken is the best thing they have there and it isn't Popeye's quality, but it is a little better than what you would find at a place like Pick 'n Save. The pizza is consistently bad. Think slightly above a Jack's frozen pizza. The sides (corn, stuffing, etc.) all obviously come from off brands and are technically cooked.

The crew there are friendly and polite. Nothing bad to say here. Managers seem fine.

The atmosphere is terrible though. The music was playing so loud today that my wife and I had to constantly raise our voices just to hear each other across the table. And the tables for seating are close enough together that you can't have two people walking down an aisle.

Every time I come here, it reminds me of why I don't come here.

Better food and games than the cheesey mouse's place. The only thing it lacks in comparison are the animatronics. I'm willing to sacrifice those for an all around better experience. The children might be willing to pass those up as well for more properly working game choices.

The staff was nice and the food was decent but nothing is labeled so you have to go off of visuals. The A/C was cranked so dress warm for a more comfortable experience, otherwise it wasn't bad for the price.

Went here for a graduation party. They were accommodating. And also the food was good.

We eat at this restaurant about once a month. One takes their chance with the food; sometimes (most of the time) it's good and then there are those times when you should have gone elsewhere. The pizza is okay, but usually dry unless you get there when a fresh pizza is put out. The area with chicken and other things is also hit and miss. I love their chicken, but last night (June 9, 2025) the chicken was dry, hard and tasted like rubber. When a fresh tray was brought out, the chicken pieces were much better. My wife likes the mashed potatoes here. Then there's the salad bar. Try to find anyplace with a salad bar these days. Even those you might find can't compare to the selection or freshness of this restaurant. If you have room left after eating, there are some desserts. I like the chocolate pudding; my wife likes the soft serve ice cream. We'll be back. And oh, by the way, the staff does a great job cleaning up after customers and keeping the place clean and my grandson loves the game room.

Always excellent pizzas, fried chicken, desserts, and a nice looking salad bar even though I usually don't use it!

Great place to go if you want barely any food, extremely undercooked chicken, raw dough and want to spend money on anti-diarheal pills.
