The buffet was nearly empty for 30m. No pizza, breadsticks, chicken, noodles or desserts (including ice cream). When I approached a worker who was wiping the salad bar down and ask about pizza coming out he rudely said, "he didn't know" and walked away. We waited and people were piling up waiting for food to come out. I went to ask Jett the manager about the food and he scolded me like a child and said, "we have been busy. We have had a lot of take out orders". WHEN I tried to say that I understood but we are paying customers he cut me off and said they are coming hastily and started talking to someone else. His kid and wife were also here as they interrupted as well. When asked for someone's name to speak too he told me he didn't have time and walked away. I was calm and polite UNTIL Jett decided to take his frustration out on me. Told him him and his staff are rude.
Small arcade but plenty of fun for all ages
Love there chicken, stuffing, potatoes everything is good.
Big price increase. Rearranged tables hard to find quite place . No tomatoes in the salad bar.
Good food
Marginal kids like it, but not a place I would go for good food.
I’m not much of an arcade gaming enthusiast anymore but, there are a good assortment of entertainment options.
The Restaurant was closed.
Kids really enjoyed it the food was excellent who ever is back there frying the chicken ? keep up the good work
I have always loved this pizza ranch but the last two times we had attended there was very rude customer service one was the cashier my mother in law was with and the cashier was like you cant be a senior but she is and was very tude to us the second time I had asked about a Mac n cheese pizza and the person was very rude because that is y I actually come to pizza ranch is for that pizza.

Last minute decision to grab dinner with a handful of folks. We got there just before it got really busy.No complaints! The food is good, it's hot and it's fresh.However, the allstars are the workers there. They are tremendous!
