Tried the smash burgers. very good, would not expect this kind of flavor from a fast food restaurant chain. Ordering from inside the restaurant is less than ideal. We waited and waited for anyone to just come up to the counter and take our order! Not sure if this is the norm or just a employee shortage?

This place is a joke. Not one thing in my order was correct. The food was smashed. I called about the order and nothing was done about the mistakes they made. They claimed to be under staffed but 3 are sitting outside slacking off. Never going back and I'll be contacting their corporate office

Stopped there for lunch seen two employees standing outside smoking, running inside from smoking. It was 11 am and the doors are locked the lights are off. Only that was posted the 7am-11pm summer hours. No sign to say no dining inside. Clearly the truck that was sitting in the drive thru wasnât getting waited on either. clearly, the owner doesnât care of whatâs happening at this location.

My wife and I stopped here on our first ever visit. Extremely disappointed. The staff was very disorganized and didn't seem properly trained. We order 2 combos and waited around 20 minutes for them. Then waited and asked if we were waiting on our drinks. Another 10 minutes passed before we got them. Do not know how this classifies as fast food. Will not visit this store again.
I have gone here multiple times and every time I leave dissapointed. Here is how I would describe it: 1) Slow 2) Slow 3) Extra Slow 4) Once I ordered a single drink. And I waited. And waited. And eventually it stopped showing on the screen... So I had to push the red button again and remind them that I do in fact exist and am waiting for my food. 5) Understaffed 6) Slow
Will I go to sonic again? 100% Will I go to this sonic? No.
I genuinely hope they close down so someone can open a real sonic in the madison area.

We arenât from around here, but I got excited for sonic! Just for them to take awhile. When we got our drinks he gave us the wrong drink! My blue raspberry slushy taste disgusting! It taste like they put something in it! I highly donât recommend coming to this sonic !!

We waited in the carhop area to order. After waiting 15 minutes we are finally addressed over the intercom. She tells us we cannot order here and it is only for order ahead pick up orders. After we stated how long we were waiting the woman was rude and said âwell, you can go wait in the drive thru now.â We went to go inside to order and all the doors were locked besides one on the side of the building (not the side with parking spots). Once we got inside we were met with others waiting to order and no employees. In fact, the front counter is abandoned and their staff is all tucked away behind closed doors. After waiting an additional 15 minutes we were finally able to order. Perhaps they are extremely understaffed and this is causing sour attitudes but the entire experience was bad. We will never waste our time coming here again.

Ordered a lemon berry slushy drink that did not meet my expectations at all. I frequent other sonic locations and this slushy was not mixed properly at all all the syrup was just sitting at the bottom. Had barely any strawberry. Is this the norm at this location? I didnât want to be a hassle and bring it back or have it replaced but the staff needs to learn how to properly mix the drinks that customers pay their hard earned money for

The service was super slow, we ate in. The girl struggled to take our order, wasn't sure what was on the sandwich we wanted. We weren't provided any napkins and our burgers were super greasy. It tasted great, just super greasy.
