12/07/2024 3:48 PM- From the time of order to receiving food at the drive-in stall, was literally 30 minutes. The burgers were decent and as expected. Two orders of medium fries were all small, like they were the ends or bottom of the bag. Temperature was luke warm and I was expecting much worse after waiting a half hour. The Buttery Brew drink just tasted like Root Beer. They were not busy as most of the time there was one or no vehicles in the drive-through. Disappointed with the experience.

Ordered on app drove 20 min to pick up and waited 35min there to find out we couldn't get most of the food they will not refund at store and the help line won't do it without more information will probably have to call the bank for stop payment avoid the app at all costs it's unfortunate I used to love sonic but big thanks to burger king for dinner tonight

We waited over 35 minutes. After no food, we press the button again. They said they were making it. 10 minutes later we went inside to ask for a refund. The manager would not come out so we could not get a refund. We had to leave with no food and no refund after 50 minutes. This was theft! We will be filing a complaint with corporate.

Sonic Sun Prairie did a great job on a Smash Burger Combo. Extremely crispy fries. The Burger, for fast food, was amazing! They did a great job. Be patient, if it's slow time. Your burger comes out fresh and hot!
Update. Not feeling well after a few hours.... I read a few reviews and think I know perhaps WHY. Ok. I have to downgrade my review.

Waited for 10 min in the lobby and people kept walking by horrible place!!!!!
Food did not taste good at all. Fries looked like if they were sitting in oil for hours.

This place was never great, and I don’t blame the very young teenagers who work here but something is really wrong at this place. We waited 20 mins for my order, and they brought out the correct food and 4 unrelated drinks, but not the drink I ordered. And then I went in and there’s no way to even really talk to a worker. So I had to grab a guy when he was walking in after delivering something, and he looked at me blankly. Eventually someone else came out and I said “here’s my receipt—I’m missing this drink”. Eventually she brought me out something strawberry but it literally has no limeade in it. So bizarre. Gonna try never to go back.

Pulled up to an all the display lights of with a piece of printer paper taped to the speaker in the drive thru stating to pull up to the window to have your order taken. Instead a girl with long blue hair that wasn’t at all tied back and her friend in sweatpants looked out the window, made eye contact with me, and continued to mess around the restaurant in my full view. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for the first 5 minutes until I heard them yell that they were purposely ignoring me. As this is occurring other cars begin to wait behind me. A total of 15 minutes passes and not only have those 2 girls ignored me, so has another person wearing a beanie again, without their hair tied back. Finally the girl with the extremely long blue hair asks what I want. When I explained the sign and that I’d like to order she slammed the window in my face and yelled to her coworkers that someone down had to help at the window because she wasn’t going to. Mind you, there were 2 cars in the drive up slots. The place was empty. I get being a teenager and not caring about your job but was beyond irritated at the directness of both girls at ignoring me and being so rude.

My significant other and I made an online ordered on Sunday October 13th around 3pm to pick up later at night around 7:30 pm. We were late by 10 mins due to bad weather. As we got there at the first stall we told them that we were picking up our food but they said that they didn’t think we were coming so they had canceled our order. My significant other and I had to reorder the whole order again. 40 mins went by and still haven’t gotten our order. I went inside to complain about our order and when I got there all I saw was all the employees touching their phones doing nothing. Nobody wasn’t even at the front desk to help me. They also had the audacity to say that they couldn’t find our car and didn’t know which stall we were at when I told them we were on stall 1 because that’s where they answered us from. It took 10-20 kins inside just for them to get my order done AGAIN… not only that but they had forgot to give us our foot long quarter coney and our marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks.
I’m very disappointed with the service and have deleted the mobile app. We will not be coming back again!

The fries were overcooked and the server couldn't get our order right and we came down with a bad stomach ache shortly after we got done eating. Not going to eat there again.
