Was really dissatisfied with this place! Doors were locked, got my order in dt, asked if I wanted a spoon for my shake never got it, I asked for xtra napkins ,salt , knife and fork, hard to eat a chili dog with out it especially when the hot dog was hard as a rock and gross! never got it , and my whip cream tasted sour so couldn't finished it wasted almost 6 bucks there! And not to mention my meal was over charged never made it into a meal . My sister gave me a gift card for there was happy I got it until now , and was an hour away from where I live, needless to say was my 1st time there and my last. Waited 15 mins for food and all we heard was the employees yelling and arguing inside.

We loved the service the young lady in the pink and purple hair gave us. We love sonic food. Chairs were very uncomfortable for dine in. The drive thru experience is unique and a must try if you've never tried. Drinks are delicious and their ice is the best nugget ice.

This is a NY dog their description grilled onions, sauerkraut, spicy brown mustard. They meant dry bun, hot dog tasted like it was from yesterday raw onion 1 piece of sauerkraut and reg mustard. The other is the Chicago dog their description sport peppers, celery salt. Pickle, tomato, mustard, onions. I got relish no pickle the two smallest pieces of tomato probably at the bottom of an empty bin. No celery salt or peppers. I also got a lemon berry slush. Which is ice sprite and cherry syrup I do not taste lemon at all. This is the second time I've been here since moving to SP and both times were absolutely horrible. I hope they reevaluate their staff and the quality they are putting out cause it's the worst I've seen in SP restaurants.

Was in drive through for 14 minutes and never even asked the driver in front of us for their order. Went inside and they said they were extremely busy only one person in the building and one vehicle in a slot. So busy you were not. Left and went to culvers were we received our order in less than 5 minutes. Will never go back to this sonic as service sucks.

I don't get down to Madison often and when I was looking for food options as I was heading back out of town I noticed the Sonic had the new Smashburger so I picked up a triple. Quality was good on the sandwich but the tots were a little bit overcooked in my opinion. I won't hold that against them.

The food was horrible and it took for ever to order and even get the food. The very nice gentleman working was trying his best but I think he was the only one there working.
We were in spot #5 and pushed the button, waited nothing the we will be with you shortly went away. Pushed the button again, sat and nothing. So we backed up and went to the drive thru. It’s not be 6 minutes. I called no answer there was a car at the pick up window and people inside. We went around the housing and waited again nothing. We left that’s insane we were there a total of 16min

Wanted to try Sonic since we don’t have one in our area and my kid was hungry. We ordered a cheeseburger kid’s meal around 1:30 PM. There was no one else in the drive-through and barely any cars in the parking lot, so I expected the food to be fresh. Unfortunately, it was the exact opposite.
My daughter started on the French fries and immediately said, “Wow, these are really bad.” I looked in the bag and saw nothing but overcooked, crunchy scraps, literally the entire order was like that. I tried them myself and couldn’t believe they would actually serve fries in that condition.
Then she moved on to the cheeseburger, which she had customized a bit, so you would assume it was freshly made. Instead, it was extremely cold. The cheese wasn’t even close to melted, and the burger patty was hard like a hockey puck. It honestly felt like it came straight out of the refrigerator. I took a bite out of it and spit it right into the bag!
For our first Sonic experience, this was incredibly disappointing. Not what you expect when you’re the only ones in line. Definitely not worth the stop.
