The people are very nice. But it seems every time I get a matcha they don’t blend it fully. It leaves green chunks inside making it taste bitter. I hate asking for it to be blended more so I hope they fix this issue.

PJ is the man!! I ordered a large apple crisp oatmilk shaken espresso, wrap and sandwich at approximately 5:30PM. The line was long and continued to be for another 40+ minutes. PJ and his coworker did a wonderful job keeping up with the orders.. I sat on my phone while enjoying my drink and food while also watching PJ in awe. I felt so bad for how busy he was.. it does not seem easy at all to accommodate so many people and orders! Wanted to give a shoutout to these 2 especially PJ! Thank you for your SPECTACULAR service.

We used to patronize Target/ Starbucks very frequently, but, due to a rather unfortunate issue with a team "leader" who chose to be childish, immature, and petty, we will no longer be patronizing the Sun Prairie Target/Starbucks. The aforementioned team "leader" was upset about an employee leaving and maliciously slandered, demeaned, bullied and harassed a teenager online at her new place of employment. This issue will be taken to the local law enforcement authorities and has been reported to Target/ corporate. Very hurtful, pathetic, despicable, immature, and unprofessional. Grow up.

Service there is actually ok, except for a particular manager. This manager got a bit upset about an employee of theirs leaving this job to work at a different one. This manager then proceeded to leave a google review on this employee at their new company, completely and unjustly slandering her. This manager has never set foot inside this establishment. This is an adult who chooses to badmouth a teenage girl because she decides to get a new job? That is so completely unprofessional and this manager needs to grow up. I will never stop at this location because of this.

On November 2, 2023 at 7 AM I went in to grab my mobile order and I didn’t see any of the items that I was going to buy that was by the cashier so I politely asked a red headed woman (and I say that loosely because she was very rude) employee making drinks (and fyi Starbucks was not too busy) I didn’t even get one word in and she interrupted me and said any questions you have you have to go over there and I asked anyways and she answered but it was just how she reacted and how she responded. someone like that should not be in customer service who is being so rude to a person especially a customer you don’t even know and that is your job is to be kind and patient
I love this Starbucks! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I order ahead on the app and even if the drive thru is busy, it is still fast. Plus, you get more points ordering on the app first.
