They do not honor coupons at this location. I recieved this in the mail yesterday. Lady would not accept it.

I work nearby. They recognize me.
I tip generously.
Toasted is never toasted.

Spoiled my sandwich, she made it salty and added all the veggies unevenly. Sauces were at the outer border and not in the middle. I always had good experience at this subway in the past. New employees they don’t care. Made my sandwich in a rush even though there was no one behind me or in the subway. Asked for side of olives, she put only 5 to 6 olives in the container. When I went back to ask for more, employees spoke in Spanish and making faces. If you don’t like your job find something else to do. I always add a tip to the order. This time I just could not. I hope the owners get better employees. Current employees will surely bring the business down.

Found out when I got the subs home the order was totally wrong, so I had to go back and have them make the correct subs. Very inconvenient to have to do that.

Just as an fyi, this location may not honor your coupons from the paper due to them not being able to scan. Although I'm sure that they could just enter in a code or honor the pricing, that's not how it is.

I ordered online. I ordered a toasted Sub and it was not toasted and some of the ingredients I asked for were not on it.Tried calling for 2 hours and all I got was a message to leave a voicemail. Very disappointed. Hopefully they will correct their mistake.

Absolutely horrible store. Their phone number is invalid so there is no way to contact them about the order. They are stealing money from customers and don’t even care about it.
I wish that all the subways would have the unsweetened tea available.

Second time I’ve came in and didn’t get what I want. First time it was the wrong sub, second time I didn’t get the veggies I asked for. Disappointed with it for sure.

Placed an order for a footlong ham through the app. Got home (15 mins later) and saw I had a turkey sandwich. Bread also wasn't right. Tried calling, but how convenient - their number is inactive!! I checked my order and receipt, everything said ham. I don't eat turkey, so now I've wasted money and I'm sure I won't be made whole. How hard is it for a company that serves food, to follow a food order printed clearly for them? Terrible.
