Just as an fyi, this location may not honor your coupons from the paper due to them not being able to scan. Although I'm sure that they could just enter in a code or honor the pricing, that's not how it is.

I ordered online. I ordered a toasted Sub and it was not toasted and some of the ingredients I asked for were not on it.Tried calling for 2 hours and all I got was a message to leave a voicemail. Very disappointed. Hopefully they will correct their mistake.

Absolutely horrible store. Their phone number is invalid so there is no way to contact them about the order. They are stealing money from customers and don’t even care about it.

Second time I’ve came in and didn’t get what I want. First time it was the wrong sub, second time I didn’t get the veggies I asked for. Disappointed with it for sure.

Placed an order for a footlong ham through the app. Got home (15 mins later) and saw I had a turkey sandwich. Bread also wasn't right. Tried calling, but how convenient - their number is inactive!! I checked my order and receipt, everything said ham. I don't eat turkey, so now I've wasted money and I'm sure I won't be made whole. How hard is it for a company that serves food, to follow a food order printed clearly for them? Terrible.

Been here a couple times and have had good experience with food quality and service. Location could be better for business. Haven't tried using coupons bit not a coupon cutter person.Every business is trying to survive in these exceptional trying times, so I don't blame the owner for his location, subway has always done great by me since 1975! So get the original BMT and enjoy.

Terrible... Second location in the area that will not honor coupons sent in the mail. I suspect this location and the Walmart location have the same owner. They make you feel like you as the customer are doing something wrong for using a coupon on a sandwich that should be covered by the coupon, but they arbitrarily decide that slightly more expensive subs are not covered. Sorry, not my problem. That's the cost of doing business. Never going back again and you shouldn't either.

I Love Subway especially there veggie delight and there Raspberry Cheesecake cookies!! Every time I go there I always have to get some!! But sometimes they are sold out and that’s a real bummer!!
