Just watched your employee with no gloves, touching and scrolling on her phone, leaning over the cutting board, where every person's sub crosses, without washing her hands then touched the board with bare hands and then again touching her cell phone screen. You know the thing that is dirtier than most surfaces when it comes to germs. Do you train at all on hygiene practices at all. Just another subway to avoid at all costs. Grow up. You are handling food items that people ingest... Take it seriously

Terrible... Will not honor coupons sent in the mail. They make you feel like you as the customer are doing something wrong for using a coupon on a sandwich that should be covered by the coupon, but they arbitrarily decide that slightly more expensive subs are not covered. They asked me to talk to the manager on the phone. Sorry, not my problem. That's the cost of doing business. Never going back again and you shouldn't either.

My husband and I went to this subway location. The store was a mess, the back dining room was filthy, tables not washed, floor not swept disgusting and where do I start about the preparation of our food. The woman kept throwing out veggies as she prepared my salad. Onions tossed, cucumbers tossed, tomatoes tossed, she was only picking out certain ones, yet the line continued to grow because of how slow she was, and waisted all of that food. If all that food was bad that she was tossing out, then imagine how possibly sick my husband and I or any other customer for that matter could get sick. Who knows how long the veggies were in the container. The more she threw out, the longer it took for her to prepare our sub/salad. Can you image? How much food waist this store goes through because of this? How do we know how long the food has been in the containers if she's tossing it out, plus her slow speed is a factor of us not returning...
Someone has gotten hold of our credit card and is daily buying subway sandwiches there. Sun Prairie Police have been notified

Employees do not know how to make melts. I work at Walmart and on my lunch whenever I order a melt I have to tell them how to make it because they don't know how. Usually I can deal with it, but today when I explained melts get more cheese an employee said a six inch only gets 3 slices which isnt true if the six inch is a melt. He did end up giving me the correct amount of cheese after he gave another employee a look that clearly meant he didn't believe me when i told him melts come with more cheese. Hate the blatant disrespect he showed me.
