Came for the first time for a purse bingo- the owner, Tom, was extremely friendly and welcoming. The bar staff were super attentive and very friendly. It was a fun night out that was reasonably priced, good food and good people

I just had the most amazing meal. Total comfort food. The chef out did himself. The bartender was on her A game. Recommend for a good meal.

This place is a good place to.play pool, or it would have rated less than a two stars. NO food after 9-10, despite being open till at least midnight. It takes forever to get even a soda at the bar. And now their latest thing is to close up at least 1-2 HOURS before their posted closing time on Fridays and Saturdays. They started closing earlier and earlier the last couple Saturdays we went and now they're just closed. But they still have it posted that they're open until 2am on the weekend. ?

It's 12:45 a.m. Saturday night going into Sunday. Posted hours are until 2:00 a.m. . The doors are locked but yet you have customers inside.
Did you want customers on a Saturday night? Definitely sorry I wasted my time!

We love supporting local businesses but this will be our last time at this place. The inside is nice and clean but the service isn’t very friendly including the owner themselves. I don’t recommend doing birthday gathering here if your group is more than 4 people because they will keep reminding you to be quiet and give you the stare down. Don’t waste your hard earned money here because you will be disappointed.

Went for Father's Day meal and drinks. The food is top notch. Bartenders not so much. At shift change we were not asked if we were closing out our tab. Just given the check. Then we paid and wanted to order another drink and were completely ignores so we left. Gone are the days where you are asked if you want to close out a tab or if you need anything else I guess. Just because they are shift change bartenders should not be mandatory to close out a customer for their tip.

Our friend had her birthday celebration at the Rock this past Saturday. The lady bartender approached us and asked us to quiet down due to “customer complaints” that we were too loud and causing her customers to leave. The bar was pretty much empty and we are a group of Asian girls. At the same time, earlier in the night around 11am my sister had asked to order some food and she was told that that the kitchen was closed by the lady bartender. Right after being approached about being “too loud,” we see a party right next to us playing darts being served by bartender Seth. We are told by Seth that we were “too piercing” There was another man eating pizza at the bar way later than when my sister had asked to order food. Right before the group was approached by the lady bartender, this bartender Seth told two other friends who were ordering drinks that they were too piercing. We found out that the people who made complaints against us are the friend/regulars of the bartender, Seth. This was a slow night. Come to find out my sisters talked to the owner, who’s also Asian, and was playing pool at the time, told us that she off duty and couldn’t do anything about it. So if you’re loud and want have a good time, DO NOT go to the Rock in Sun Prairie. Spend you hard earned money somewhere else.
