They have a Hispanic woman who works the drive thru in the morning she is very mean and I think she spits or does nasty things to people of color food. She is so rude to my son who eats breakfast there. They need to really clean this Wendy’s to the employees dress very dirty looking and they are not washing hands after dealing with cash and cards

Sub par food edit it somehow got worse. Second edit how can it get worse. Whole time i am waiting for order i see a employee working on propping up his phone so he can be on a voice call. And the front register didnt work they had to take my phone to do to tap to pay on drive through. Dont come here its a restaurant waiting to die. Only fresh thing is the fresh hell you are greated by when you walk in.
Ghost pepper nuggets were awesome usually I can't get food that's hot enough but these did the trick my head was miss firing...lol

Horrible customer service. I was the only one in line for drive thru. Guy came over saying what u want, then asked me after everything I said, is that it? Like what u in a hurry? Bro. Then I waited forever still with no one in line, looked like two people working, but only one actually doing anything. Completely messed up the orders. Did not make the food for the crabby Pattie meal like it’s advertised. Gave us a stale soda with no ice. Nasty. Bad store needs to be revamped with workers who care about the food service and the customer.

Tried to go and use an online qr code for a deal since daylight savings prevented me from getting breakfast. Went in and they weren't able to scan my code or work with me for my bogo sandwich. Also were extremely slow when there were very few people there. I beleive there were only 2 people in drive thru and I was only one at counter and waited 10 minutes. Local friends told me this was an awful wendys and decided to give it a shot, I should've listened to them, lesson learned.
