Cheeseburger pizza

When you can see Mod Pizza, Rocky Rococo’s, and Sugar River from the parking lot, why would you buy a pizza from a burger joint that has no pizza oven? Flattop grill fried pizza?!? No thank you…

This was my second order in two weeks. Ordered 2 pizzas- both arrived via DoorDash BURNT. 1 pizza. Straight pepperoni- had to pick off over 1/2 of the meat. Blackened. The taste was affected by this; plus the crust was still raw/doughy in middle. Chewy enough I didn’t even finish it. The second was sausage, pepperoni, green peppers, and jalapeños. This one was nearly all burnt on top. This one was a co workers meal. He finished 2 pieces. He said he could taste the burnt flavor. I realize today is Black Friday but seriously that doesn’t apply to food. Someone was asleep at the oven. Being busy is not an excuse to send out products looking bad. I have photos for proof of the burnt mess of each. At this point I doubt highly that I will ever order from you again. I would appreciate it if a manager/owner would reach out to discuss this poor product delivery and preparation. I have no issues at all with the DoorDash folks. It’s strictly with the kitchen staff of this establishment

We really wanted to love the food but unfortunately it fell short. Convenient ordering and pick up or delivery but it is very overpriced for what you get. The wings came as plain wings with sides of sauce which threw us off (this may be indicated in the menu but it wasn’t very clear) and the pizza was so so. I’d probably pass as there are several other options in the area for pizza and wings. Maybe next time we will give the Mac & cheese a try but it won’t be our first choice.

I ordered the pulled pork Mac &cheese… it was delicious however the portion they give you in not worth the 20$ I paid. It was maybe 2 cups Mac & cheese and 1 cup pulled pork. MACS gives you more than that and is half the price. Straight BS

Pizza is amazing! We loved it! Alex our delivery person could not have been nicer, I wish they had a location Wausau.

On Carnivore diet and was cheat day and remembered the ghost kitchen in monks. Split a thin cracker large sausage, pepperoni and ground beef with one of the little ones. Huge chunks of meat, tasted great and was stuffed after 4 pieces.

Called after an hour of waiting for delivery to check the order status since they would be closing shortly. I was told that the order was never received and that it would take a while to get a refund even though I was cancelling my order. The charge is already reflected on my credit card, so I do know that the order went through.

Ordered, was charged and was given an hour delivery time. Waited an hour and ten minutes before calling. They said they never got the order then somehow the order “just came in” while on the phone. Wouldn’t give specifics on the refund process and just said “it would take a while”. They blamed the app developer while also advertising themselves as an online shop. Terrible customer service.

the online ordering was a breeze and pick up was ready exactly when they said it would be. the za itself is fantastic, we ordered one thin crust and one hand tossed and they were both wonderful. we will definitely be back!

I had the thin crust pizza with Pepperoni, my partner had the sausage, mushroom and onion pizza. We both liked it! Good pizza!
