Placed an online order at 6:45pm. When I called immediately after placing my online order to check if it might be ready earlier (even though it said 7:30pm online), the staff said they’d ask the kitchen to get started on it ASAP - we thought that was wonderful service of them so we got to the restaurant at 7:10pm. However, we ended up waiting in the restaurant for 40 minutes, and the food wasn’t ready until 7:50. Staff wasn’t apologetic and came across as extremely dismissive.
When we finally got our order, the food was a huge disappointment. The onion rings and fries were so salty they were inedible—and I usually oversalt everything. On top of that, they were an extra charge (not included with the burgers), ridiculously overpriced, and came in tiny portions.
We’re only in town for the weekend, and we wasted so much of our limited time waiting for terrible food. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

We got takeout. I ordered the fried pickles and got barely any. The burgers were really good but the tiny portion of fried pickles was not worth it.

I really don't blame our server as she was the only server for several groups and people at the bar, but we basically never saw her and didn't put in part of an order. Food for me was good but others complained it was poor. Been to 7West in Duluth and Superior multiple times but thid was not a good experience at all.

So, so good! We enjoyed everything we ordered. The mango tacos were unbelievable! Explosion of flavors - highly recommend! The burger was tasty too! And the jalapeño wontons - definitely order!

I was craving Cajun fries and noticed they were on the menu, so I decided to call in a pickup order. The ordering process over the phone was simple, and picking them up was a breeze. But when I finally got to taste them—WOW! These are hands down the best Cajun fries I’ve ever had. They have just the right amount of kick to tingle your taste buds without overwhelming your mouth. Perfectly cooked with just the right amount of seasoning. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely be stopping by for another order!

The day we went they were out of many beers, drinks, and a couple of food choices. What we did get was really good, though.
Burgers are off the charts hands down! Very nice clean establishment. Only thing is I wish they had fountain soda vs cans. We will definitely be returning when in the area next time.
