On Saturday 4/26, my family and I placed a to-go order and decided to enjoy the weather by eating on the restaurant’s patio. Unfortunately, what should have been a pleasant experience was completely ruined by the bartender, Jamie. Her attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional from the moment we stepped inside to order drinks and pay for our food.
We ordered three drinks and four burgers—nothing complicated. When we politely asked if a to-go bag in front of us was ours, she snapped, “As I told you the first time – this is not yours.” For the record, she hadn’t said anything to us prior to that, which is why we asked again. On top of that, when I briefly lost track of the drink I wanted and asked for a moment to find it on the menu, she rolled her eyes and bobbed her head in frustration. The level of disrespect was unbelievable.
As someone who has worked in customer service, I understand how demanding the job can be. But there is absolutely no excuse for the way we were treated. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with any bartender or server. Management seriously needs to look into Jamie’s behavior. Due to her rudeness and complete lack of professionalism, we will not be returning.

Can’t complain about the value for the price but VERY full of themselves, overrated, and what their beef is with people liking cheese curds and appetizers baffles me. If you don’t want to sell appetizers don’t, but cheese curds and onion rings are hardly an invention of the woke left lmao

BACON CHEESE BURGER WITH FIXINS AND FRIES FOR $9.00?!?!?!?! IT WAS AMAZING!!! They are only open as I can see it offf tips. $9 bucks for a hand made bacon cheese burger with fries is unheard of. HIGLY RECOMMEND FOR A GOOD OLE BURGER!!!!!! LOVE IT!!

Anchor is my all-time favorite place to go to grab a big, juicy burger and fresh fries. I never leave hungry, and not much poorer either. Anchor is in my opinion the best burgers in the twin ports and maybe beyond.
