Haven't had Arby's in like 6 years right? Get done at work, just a wild craving for some, totally random. I pull up, I realize they're literally closing in 20 minutes. I asked quick what the easiest thing for them to make is (I HATE when people roll up right before close and ask for the world) and that roast beef and cheddar caught my eye and it was a go.
Mikayla and Skylar were two of the nicest customer service representatives I've ever encountered. They were so kind and super generous. Charged me for a medium and gave me a large meal.
Thank you guys! You both deserve a raise.

I went in for take out never asked if I wanted sauce. Got rid of self service sauce. No longer worth my time.
Gave it another shot. The young lady at the counter had her Bluetooth headphones in. I don't know if she was listening to me or her music. They forgot my fries and ketchup. The food is still ok

Love the food, service is acceptable. But now you can only get condiments like arby's sauce and catsup in packets at the front counter. And they hand them out very sparingly. Got 4 roast beef and fries got 4 packets of arby"s sauce and 4 packets catsup. Good grief!!! Used to eat there at least twice a week but not any more.
They reduced the cheese sauce on their sandwiches and you now have to ask for ketchup.

They were remodeling so we used the drive in. My Texas friends, Neil & Shirley, treated me to a roast beef sandwich. It had lots of beef & delicious! 😋😋😋

Love their crispy chicken sandwich with the curly fries. My wife loves the roast beef and cheddar. Strawberry shakes are pretty good too!
