DO NOT ORDER !!!! This company is not filling orders. I placed an order and Its been over 30 days. I wanted to cancel order but they wont let you. They haven't charged my card and I will be denying any charges from them.

Great coffee, horrible service. Ordered coffee in mid November, prior to Thanksgiving. Still not here. I live 1.5 hrs from Superior, WI. I’ve emailed and made multiple calls (> 3) to the company. No picking up of calls, no return communication or acknowledgment of my inquiry. What company doesn’t answer their phones during business hours or respond to emails? Also over a month & no order progress. Disappointed.

My order has finally arrived!
I placed it on 9/15 and received it on 12/8. There was a significant delay, and the company is clearly behind, but Pete kept in touch and explained the situation each time I reached out. In the end, I did receive the correct item.

I have been ordering from this company for 6 year. I don't know what has happened but it takes a month or more to get your order. I placed a order on Sept.15th and here it is Oct. 21st and still no coffee. It cost $75.00 with shipping and they have their money but I have no coffee. i have left message and no response!! :( :(

Ordered creamer and such 3 weeks ago. Email with verification of order keeps showing pending. I've left 2 voice mails to find out where my 2 orders are and no call back or email back. This company seems to be a fraud at best if not criminal in nature.

I placed an order over a month ago. Order never shipped. I checked in over 2 weeks ago by email and was told it would hopefully ship soon. One week ago I requested a refund. I got a confirmation email regarding my request, but my refund hasn't posted to my account.

Order some equipment on 7/20/2025 and 30 emails later and one phone conversation out of the 30 times I’ve called they still have my $$$ of over $1000 and won’t refund or respond anymore. Their phone is now not accepting any phone calls or I’m blocked. Horrible service and how can this company still be open? Hope they see this and resolve my issue but not counting on it! Do not purchase anything from them or waste your money.

I feel like this place was a business at one time, but I feel like something may have happened to the person that ran it and it's running on auto pilot. I placed an online order, I sent a couple emails and called the customer service phone number, no one ever answers and there is always a voicemail going. I left a message, I never received a reply to my emails and no one ever called me back. Ultimately after 4 weeks of no update, I had to open a claim with PayPal and after an additional week of waiting and no reply from this company, PayPal issued me a refund.

Placed order over a month ago for basket and filters. Have not received order, haven't been given updates on order and customer service will not answer the phone, respond to VM or emails. Considering reporting to BBB

placed a order on 2-13-25 on a item that was in stock and still have not got my order and this company will not return emails or calls. left numerous messages with no response and emails with no response. do not spend a dime here online. they will just take your money and run. will be turning a claim into the BBB.

I paid over $300 for a coffee maker from them and it has never arrived and I have sent them several emails to which they have ignored them repeatedly giving me no answer or updates to my shipment. At what point is this just robbing people?

I can’t comment on their product because I never received the shipment I was charged for. I’ve tried to contact them for the last few months via email, phone and their website and nothing. I will now have to file a complaint with my bank. Very disappointing.

Their coffee is great. Their customer service is abysmal. I order coffee online on December 6th the order sat as pending for two weeks until I emailed them then sat as processing for two more weeks. I then emailed them to cancel order and get refunded which they ignored that email and just shipped the order anyways another week later. That is the last order you will ever get from me.
