Went here 8:50pm before closing 3 cars full of kids and adults waiting a boy staf would not open up he hide in the back and said it was closed refused to open.
Stay away from this place the boy just wanted to get the hell out of here

My husband and I went in to have a malt. We were told the malt machine was washed and couldn’t be used. It was 70 minutes before closing. So don’t go for malts after 7 pm

My girlfriend and I love going here! The place is clean, everyone is always so nice and very fast!! Great spot to go in for late night ice cream!! Also the cakes there are sooo good!

I order a lot through Door dash and Uber, almost every day. They have messed my order up so many times but I still give them chances after chances. I am done with them as of today. They are always taking our orders as it doesn’t matter. Drive through is more important but all of our orders should be treated as the same. I order 3 different types of drinks and they can’t or won’t take the time to rinse out the pitcher they use to make one of those drinks before thay make the other 2. Now I’m tasting a mix of my drink with the other flavors, which is nasty. This has happened more than once. I am done with this establishment. Very poor service

The ice cream was delicious, but I just cannot believe how freaking dirty this store is. As soon as you pull up, the windows and doors are Disgusting! then once you get inside, every inch of the place is filthy. I truly don’t think it’s been cleaned since it opened.

Not clean - tables hadn’t been wiped down, fingerprints EVERYWHERE, not stocked - donuts and dining supplies- and we were there at 8:30 am.

Could not make my cake because they didn’t have a cake maker and corporate hasn’t given me a refund after I called and waiting 30+ days. Manager on duty said it would have a gift card waiting for me in the back and then I went into the store and no such gift card existed. Waste of my time, unprofessional, and not good customer experience. This falls on corporate and the store.
