Sad that I can go to a regular sit down restaurant for practically the same price.
Other than that, it's always a first pick for something on the go.
We were on our way to Grand Rapids and stopped at Culver's for lunch. There was an employee there who was outstanding! So polite and helpful. If I would have seen a manager I was going to tell him what a good employee he was. His name was Felix.
Very pricey lounge area was very dirty. Staff was slow and not very clean
Service was good. I ordered a corndog which at $4+ I expected better than average, but what I got was an overcooked hard pile of grease. The end was completely split open it was so overcooked. The fact that they thought this was ok to serve scares me.
usually i like this place but it’s gone downhill recently. instead of getting 2 tenders which is what i paid for, one of them was literally cut in half and the other one was super small. i didn’t bring it back because i was already home but im really disappointed in the audacity to cut the food i paid for in full in half. huge ripoff really disappointed

So this is the second trip I have made in a 3 month span to this Culver's for a chicken sandwich and 2 price kids tender. Both times were extremely underwhelming. The chicken sandwich is thin and lacking meat, and it seems like it came from a Wendy's box. There is no way it is worth the price charge for the sandwich. The tenders, man, those were trash. The batter and flavor were reminiscent of the chicken patties my mom would put in the oven when I was a kid, but it looked like the fish she would put in the oven when I was a kid. The meat had been frozen and had a watered-down flavor. The burgers are good. The custard is superb.

Consistently disappointed by the lack of toppings or mix ins when my wife and I order the flavor of the day or concrete mixers. Crazy for cookie dough always has one, maybe two pieces.

Food was good but took 20 minutes to get it. Soda was flat and the dining room was dated.

I ordered a butter burger some fries and a malt and they served everyone behind me first and last time I was here they made me wait 45 minutes with a screaming toddler. Makes me never wanna come back that's for sure.
