We were looking for a sweet treat after dinner out and Dairy Queen was close. We went through three drive through and ordered: - Blizzard, small, Caramel Reeses - Blizzard, kids, Superman
The speed of order taking and making was fine. The cost was high but as expected from DQ. The flavor was good.
On balance, we enjoyed the treat.

If your looking for a good Dairy Queen just make the trip to the one in canal park Duluth this superior location is no good anymore. I got a mixing bowl mash up and there was no brownie batter if I wanted chocolate blizzard with cookie dough that’s what I would’ve gotten. The quality of this Dairy Queen has gone down tremendously over the past 2 years to the point every time I’ve gone something like this happens.

We have always loved Dairy Queen but have been very disappointed with this location as of late. I don’t remember the last time we got an order from here where they didn’t forget something (2+ years). Usually they forget a whole menu item or side and we end up losing money and our meal isn’t the same. I am honestly considering traveling all the way to Duluth in the future when we are craving DQ because we just can’t rely on this location to provide us with the food we pay for…

Asked.for 4 chili dogs and guy at window asked if they where all for.me. I asked him why he asked me that. And he was curious and looked another employees like they had a bet.. Spend 25 bucks he should just get the food and mind his business.

My wife and I Door Dashed what was supposed to be bbq sauced & tossed tenders, and what did we get? Not bbq sauced & tossed tenders! We got burgers instead.....I don't see how it's that difficult to make an order 😕 and the screw it up like that! Very poor service and quality control from this location. Burgers and tenders are VERY DIFFERENT, so not sure how you could mess that up.
