They continue to mess up my order. I asked for a triple burger, gave me a double. Also forgot my extra burger. Food is still ok. But service needs improvement. I will not be going back any time soon.

While at the drive thru window this evening, I saw and heard an employee mocking and making fun of the lady who ordered $50 worh of food in front of me. Other employees joined in laughing. I find these actions tacky & unprofessional.

All of our food was very cold. The pretzels sticks were black and hard like a hockey puck. Everything was hard, cold, and disgusting. It was like food waste bin level bad. We ended up not eating any of it but don't live near by to go back. When I went up front to get food the girl at the register stared right at me, with no other customers, and then walked away from me. So I said excuse me and she finally came back. She seemed very annoyed and frustrated or was making it clear she hates her job and people. After her staring at me with a dirty look she says "well what do you need"? I told her I had a pick up order and she rolled her eyes, grabbed it and handed to me and then I left. I've had continuous bad experiences at this DQ but this was the worst one. Never coming back but I'm sure the employees don't care and would love for people not to come in. I worked fast food for 10 years and as a manager, y'all are just terrible. And note, we were the only people, drive thru was empty during all this.

Their gravy gave me severe burns. The little cup spilled all over my arm and immediately burned through my flesh and left me with a nasty 7 inch long and 3 inch wide scar on my arm. I can't believe they serve it that hot.

Overpriced even with a coupon! Chicken strip basket was horrible fried in old oil. Tasted really bad almost unedable. Cashier didn't know about coupon. Wasn't a deal at all. Onion rings were burnt. Bread tasted like old margarine. I would not recommend there chicken strip meal to anyone. I will not be going back there again. I gave it one star deserved a 0.
