“I came in here twice while on vacation and both times I had an above and beyond experience. The store was clean and organized, service was really fast, food and coffee were perfect. However, the most noticeable thing to me was 1. How kind and knowledgeable the staff was and 2. How well everyone got on and how efficiently the team worked. “I thought they had ice cream 😂 they don't. I think combining Baskin Robbins with Dunkin in my town made things confusing. I went to only Dunkin thinking they have ice cream like the other one. They didn't. They probably thought I was a weirdo. Trying to get a shake at a coffee store. Anyways they got a crushed ice coffee with flavor instead, the closest thing they could get to ice cream. She was cool though she made a sale! I would have just left but she threw the offer up and I took it 😂“
