I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. The employee who helped me, Jessica, was extremely unprofessional. When I asked a simple question about my order, she rolled her eyes and responded with a very rude tone, which immediately made the interaction uncomfortable.

On top of the attitude, my food was clearly made with very little care. The order was messy and poorly prepared, and it honestly looked like it had been thrown together. When you’re paying for food, you expect at least a basic level of effort and respect from the staff.

Customer service is a huge part of the experience, and unfortunately this visit fell far below expectations. I hope management addresses this issue because interactions like this reflect badly on the entire location especially when Jessica works all the time.

Their emoloyees are top notch at customer service - if you have a choice which Dunkin to go to in the area - go to this one. They are super patient with people who have special orders, they almost always get the order right & are happy to fix any rare mistakes, and most importantly - they are incredibly nice and are never snotty. There is another Dunkin around here and a decent amount of the employees act life they hate life and you are greatly inconveniencing them by having the audacity to visit their establishment. 🤣 You'll never have that kind of experience at this Dunkin!

I've tried many times to give this place a chance...it's my fault at this point that I keep showing up. They gave me 5 tater tots and I almost feel like they have to be doing this on purpose at this point. The coffee is fine but I would never in a million years suggest this place for food. What a rip off.

I came in here twice while on vacation and both times I had an above and beyond experience. The store was clean and organized, service was really fast, food and coffee were perfect. However, the most noticeable thing to me was 1. How kind and knowledgeable the staff was and 2. How well everyone got on and how efficiently the team worked. The manager was especially kind and helpful to the staff and it seemed like an awesome work environment. I'll be back next time I'm in town!

Second time I’ve came here and got completely ignored for a good 5 minutes. I would not recommend going here if you want to go inside and expect to be helped in a timely manner. I’ll probably continue to go here since I like my chai lattes. But I’ll definitely never tip a penny here again.

We've only gotten donuts here, but the staff was very busy when we visited. There seemed to be only one person taking orders, making orders, and delivering orders. It was very early in the morning and more staff was walking on the door. Despite the stress he was very kind.

Terrible, cold food. Had to wait 5 mins to even order in drive through. Forgot about 1 of my drinks then proceeded to bring it out not even made correctly. No straws. Had 4 cars behind me that they just let sit at the drive thru ordering.

We arrived and place our order (no one else was inside) and watched two large groups who came in after, receive theirs. When I asked, I was given the donut, my husband already has received his sandwich (he ordered sausage and received bacon). We also had ordered a brewed coffee and a mocha. We got two coffees with coffee grounds in them and no mocha. 3 out of 4 simple items were wrong after waiting an incredible amount of time. It wasn’t worth waiting another 20 minutes to have our order corrected… I wish I hadn’t left a tip.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve given this location more than enough chances, and it’s consistently disappointing. The drive-thru is incredibly slow—even when you're the only car and the inside is empty. They often ask you to pull up to the curb so it looks like they’re getting orders out faster, but that’s not actually the case.
Communication is poor when placing an order, and they get it wrong every single time. This morning, I decided to give them one last try by ordering ahead through the app—20 minutes before I arrived. Still, my order wasn’t ready when I got there, and it took another 10 minutes to receive my food and drink.
Unfortunately, they got it wrong again. I ordered the bacon-topped avocado toast and was given the plain version—even though I paid extra for the bacon. It’s incredibly frustrating because all they need to do is read the order correctly.
At this point, I take responsibility for giving them another chance, but I won’t be returning. Save yourself the hassle and try a different location.
