Drinks have ALWAYS been short whenever I go. I ask for a large but they pour a medium into a large expecting I won’t notice or something. It has always been 1/5 or 1/4 missing. If I’m paying for a large drink I want a large drink. Great customer service, but at this point it feels like a scam.

The coffee is mediocre but the service is terrible. They gave me the wrong coffee and tried to blame me when I went to exchange it. It was an immediate exchange, not like I drank half and then wanted something new. No apology just tried to tell me I ordered wrong.

Allison was the only friendly face in the building and she was shoved in the back. I was greeted with nothing but attitude. I asked for my food a certain way and didn't get it as I requested. When I went back in and kindly asked for it to be remade I was baffled by how rude she was and even rolled her eyes before walking away and ignoring me asking someone else to deal with me. I definitely won't be going to this location again. But thank you Allison!!

Used the bathroom and poop was sprayed across both available toilet seats when I told the lady at the front she said oh? And did nothing or asked any of the staff to fix the situation… I wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of this store

My favorite drink is the refreshers, but nearly everytime I come to this location they hardly have any flavor. I've been to many other dunkins and none of them were stingy with the flavoring and put plenty in, but here, I can usually only taste the lemonade or green tea base.

Sandwich was burnt and charred. Very disappointed. I won't be coming here anymore. 90% of the time the food is burnt to the point it is inedible.
The drive thru needs to be fixed. I feel like my car is going to break everytime I go

terrible! Food was frozen, messed up, and they were mad I wanted a refund. I can say I will never go unless it was the last place on earth and even then I would most likely choose the dirt of thine ground over the garbage we found.

We decided to stop at this location for some nice breakfast on our way home. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches with sausages. They gave us bacon, it’s a simple mistake so we went back in to ask for sausage. She said with an attitude that the receipt said bacon. Yes, but i didn’t say bacon i ask for sausage as my kids are allergic to bacon. She rolled her eyes and made them with sausage. It was okay until we took a bite and the sausage was still frozen. DO NOT GO HERE. She didn’t apologize, she was rude. If you aren’t good at customer service, don’t work in a drive thru!!

My daughter and I went in to DD this morning and the first thing I noted was that the gal taking our order was none to friendly. Then when we got our drinks they were completely flavorless. My daughter ordered a side of the little round hashbrowns and they were cold, burnt and hard. We are don’t spending our money at this DD. As a whole we pay a lot of money for specialty coffee drinks and their food and we are done. This store is absolutely disgusting. I will go out of my way and go to the store on E 2nd Street. We should have stopped going to this store a long time ago when my youngest daughter found an acrylic nail in her drink.

Always sooo slow! Partial order always delivered to window after being asked to pull forward and wait for my order to be brought out. I almost always only get part of my order and have to verbally remind them of the rest of my order then wait AGIAN. Just this morning - ordered at 7:36, pulled away at 7:44. Took a sip of my larger hot coffee with Cream and Vanilla - nope. Black coffee. 😥 so much potential at this location but sooo slow and poor execution on orders.
