I thought they had ice cream 😂 they don't. I think combining Baskin Robbins with Dunkin in my town made things confusing. I went to only Dunkin thinking they have ice cream like the other one. They didn't. They probably thought I was a weirdo. Trying to get a shake at a coffee store. Anyways they got a crushed ice coffee with flavor instead, the closest thing they could get to ice cream. She was cool though she made a sale! I would have just left but she threw the offer up and I took it 😂

Not happy with this location in superior, I was going here everyday getting the same drink without any issues, personally I like iced breve’s but Dunkin’ does not have them on their menus, so I normally order an iced caramel macchiato or an iced latte and switch out the milk for cream to make it into a breve. Personally I just don’t care for milk in my coffee, I went to this location twice this week the they refused to make it because it was not possible to ring up, and I didn’t have time to sit there going back and forth, so I went in the next day hoping someone different was there that would make it. Nope, same thing I went on to tell them I do not like milk in my coffee I’d rather have cream, they proceeded to tell me I can use almond milk or oat milk instead, again I said no I’d really just like cream that’s how I’ve always gotten it here before, well now they say it’s not something they have on the menu so that can not make it for me. Well nether is a hot black coffee with two sugars and one Splenda but you would still make that custom for someone………When I’m paying 8 dollars for a medium coffee I feel you should make it the way I like, also I can walk into caribou or Starbucks and ask for the same thing with no hesitation, or you can walk into any food service and customize pizza, sandwiches, salads etc. that’s how coffee and food service works.

We went there around 9 in the morning. The donuts were stale and clearly old. They also were unfamiliar with their own menu. I tried ordering a certain sandwich and the lady said they don’t sell anything like that. I pointed to the menu board where it appeared. I had to order a different sandwich because she then said no one there was familiar with it.
Going through the drive through is one of the most impersonal ways to start your morning. This Saturday morning I ordered my drinks normally but once at the window, the worker there (Jackson) didn't say a single word to me, he stood there and stared at me until I handed over my card, and without saying a single word shoved my card back in my direction, and handed me my drinks while making it obvious he would rather be anywhere else. Not even a "goodmorning" or "have a nice day". Due to Jacksons rudeness I will NOT be returning to this location. And if you want your morning coffee fix, stay away from this location.

I stopped in to try the new Dunkin’ Refreshers. We tried the Mango Pineapple and Kiwi Watermelon. They were both so good! The restaurant was clean and the ladies at the front counter were so helpful and friendly.
