I absolutely love ordering a sandwich and it being nothing but flavorless meat and mayo. I was looking for something with a little bite today and when the sandwich is supposed to have onions on it and it only comes with three small pieces of onion on it throughout the entire sandwich you end up getting a little pissed. If I wanted light onions an extra mayo I would have put in for it

We stopped in after bar close since there's not many other restaurants open. Adam was working, and when I say he was getting slammed, I mean he got SLAMMED with party busses and bar close customers!! He handled it all so professionally, I was amazed that he got our order correct, and pretty quick considering the circumstances he was in!

Well when they mess up your sandwiches and you call to get it corrected and they say they will refund money for the two of four sandwiches, then they don’t….its kinda like stealing isn’t it? I will take the business elsewhere.

I went in and ordered and the guy taking my order was very rude. He seemed annoyed that I was there ordering??? After I ordered he started making my stuff and it was not very good. My sandwich had like literally nothing in it. It was like I was just eating bread😭 The guy puts my stuff into a bag and puts it in the counter in the other side from where I was. I’m not asking for him to kiss my shoes or anything but this is kind of crazy. Like if you are so annoyed that you are doing your job then maybe find a different one
Adam M and Adam Y provided amazing service, they were some of the nicest people I have ever met working at any place I’ve ever eaten at. I hope they are getting paid what they are worth. I will be eating here again because of these two fantastic characters.

Ordered A hot sub and a cold sub with soup, the delivery person left the order out in 85 degree heat on the porch. Was unaware my order was delivered. The hot sub was soggy. NEVER had that happen before.Called Erberts and Gerberts, only to have the incident dismissed by the gentleman on the phone. No apologies whatsoever. Crappy service on a Saturday afternoon! We will go elsewhere with better service!
