Sorry for the negativity.
What I ordered and what I received were completely different. I went thru the drive thru and I should have check my sandwich (but I didn’t nor should I have to).
Went thru Friday 5/16 approximately 7:30 pm . I went out of my way to purchase your sandwich only to get home in Duluth to find a completely different sandwich. 😡
Just feel you needed to know, I’ve been completely happy in the past but someone wasn’t paying attention this night.

The new toasted subs were great, something they should've been doing for a long time. My only complaint is the speed. Typically JJ's is known for their speed, but this was the longest I've ever waited. Put in an order on the app, got there 11m after email confirmation, waited 9m for my 3 subs to be completed with 4 workers there and only 1 other customer who was already eating. Normally I wouldn't mind but it of course happened to be the one time I was actually in a hurry. I think one of the workers was new, so that's probably part of why it was slower than normal.

Wasn't to impressed. My son asked for a turkey and cheese sandwich. Period. And they put mayo on it, he is allergic to eggs, and lettuce and tomato. Needless to say, he didn't eat a single bite. Unfortunately we were already at home. I guess we are used to subway where they ask, and only put on it what you say. My sandwich was pretty good.

We ordered a sandwich at 5:29 and it is 7:16 and we are still awaiting the sandwich to be PICKED UP. We ordered it from the JJ website and it got transferred to Uber Eats. We are now on our 5th Uber Eats Driver. What the F?

Good sandwiches. My only issue is when I've asked to sub in a different meat. One sandwich had a ham product and I wanted turkey or chicken instead. The responses that I got were, "I don't think so," and , "that's going to be tough, and a big upcharge."

Awesome food and SUPER Friendly, PERSONABLE AND VERY relaxed employees! Honestly one of the best locations I’ve ever been too!! Super clean and inviting environment as well! Way to go Superior JJ’S!!! :-)

Normally I would give 5 stars all across the board. However, the guy working the drive thru today at 12:34pm, could use a bit of customer service training. I go to JJ's at least 8 times a month if not.more for lunch. I always drive thru. Most times I am handed my drink and then the bag which then they say "Thank you". Not today, he handed me my bag and said Thank you, I waited for about 3 seconds and said I have a drink also to which he replies "I only have one hand to hand you your order" and he was serious. If he would have laughed instead of the scowl and seriousness he had, I would not be writing this bad review. Yes, we all have our days. I know I am just one customer, but I won't be visiting Jimmy Johns anytime soon, if at all...All I can say is Wow!
