Had many issues with this little ceasars, this time we came we weren’t helped at all the employees just were talking to each other in the back. The last time we went we ordered online came in when it said it would be ready ended up waiting in the parking lot for over an hour to get one pizza and bread. They use the same excuse everytime that they’re swamped yet they have plenty of people working.

I had placed an order at 5:25pm to pick up on my way home from work. I arrived at 6:00 pm to a full lobby of people waiting. After hearing they had employees on vacation and other employees had called in sick I knew I'd be waiting a while. The few employees they had working at the time were keeping a steady pace and very kind and apologetic. They did their best to inform customers there will be a wait time for their food and kept up the pace. I did eventually get my order and they didn't an exceptional job prepping cooking and boxing my order. To the 4 employees on staff Friday September 12th 2025 you are all amazing and hard working individuals and all 4 of you deserve a raise! Thank you!

If anybody is ordering a pizza that wasn't pre-ordered, make sure you have at least a half hour to 40 minutes to be waiting for even just a cheese pizza. Terrible management, terrible customer service. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Literally waited 35 minutes for a just 1 regular cheese pizza. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Placed an order to be ready at 6:15–a standard pizza and crazy bread. At check out, it stated it would be ready at 6:19. At 6:25, the order tracking still said that the order had just been received. I went into the store at 6:27 thinking maybe things just hadn’t been updated. Nope. It hadn’t even started to be prepared. There were about 8 others waiting in the store. I told them to cancel the order. It’s not worth waiting for extremely mediocre pizza. What happened to hot and ready? There is no hot and ready at this location at all. Just a lot of people standing in line trying to get their food. Please do better.

Horrible service my food was done and the guy worker put the pizza in the warmer and grabbed it out then put it all back in and walked away last on the back was no help at all

Service was terrible they never have enough help sadly pizza is average the benefit is suppose to be quick fast pizza unfortunately with lack of proper help it was a 15 minute wait for a pepperoni pizza with crazy bread !

I've always loved little Caesars since I was a kid and though this one is a smaller establishment the service is still wonderful.
This is our local Little Caesar's that ends up being an once in awhile stop for the kiddos dinner. Disappointed that there is rarely any hot and ready pizzas ready.

I went into to the store at 5:55pm and ordered and paid for a regular pepperoni pizza and crazy bread to be ready and picked up by 6:45pm. Got in there at 6:45pm and the woman behind the counter proceeded to pretend to look for my pizza and told me that “she loaded it and now just needs to find it” and finally 5 minutes later she told me the truth and that she doesn’t have the pizza I ordered but there was one in the oven that would be ready in 5 minutes. This is not the first time I have had issues with ordering ahead and having my order on time. There was no comp on anything and I left a tip when I pre-paid! This is the worst Little Ceasers and I have had no issues at any other one besides this one on Belknap.
