We always get the gluten free pizza crust, it's excellent! And there haven't been any reactions.I'd order this crust even if I didn't have celiac disease, it's that great!!

Caught them 20 minutes before closing, so place was a mess. Which happens. However, they mis-cut the top of my stuffed pizza, in their haste to close, where the top layer of my pizza ended up in one big glob in the middle of the crust. Not good...:(

No complaints they've never messed up an order. Maybe had some weird shaped crusts once in a while but all the toppings are more abundant and better imo than it you were to order a pre baked pizza from some other place in town.
I absolutely love Papa murphys pizza, and their Gluten-free crusts is top notch. But on Jan 19th, I ordered through the app and got two gluten-free pizzas. And came later to pick up the pizzas and discovered they didn't have my pizzas because they were out of GF crusts. They promised they would refund my purchase but its been almost a week and no sign of any refund.

The last 3 out of 4 pizzas I have gotten there have been thrown together poorly!! I order a large pizza and get about a medium pizza worth of toppings thrown in the center with way to much crust around the outside!! I like papa Murphys pizza but this store needs a lot of improvement!!

Three times in a row my order was messed up. One was when I ordered in the store and was standing there. The kids always looked lost. Twice was an online order and the recipt was on to clearly indicating no green pepper or mushrooms. And it was loaded with mushrooms and green pepper. Very disappointing considering we live an hour from the store and now two in my family can't eat it.

This store is VERY short staff. No manager available .. workers are EXTREMELY SLOW. I have waited over 30 to get a pizza made 1 customer a head of me. Then they don’t remember what you ordered …I realize you have to measure the product, but it shouldn’t take you a minute to weigh each item. It is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating and it doesn’t seem to be getting any better at all. I understand that they’re beginners and people have to learn but they need to train them better. The pieces are good but the staff really sucks.

If the price is already more expensive customers shouldn't have to help subsidize worker wages too.

Ordered pizzas online an hour and a half before pick up. Get there and they have no clue and no pizzas ready. 3 kids all starving in the car and everyone waiting at home to eat, while I wait another 30 minutes in store for pizzas. Not even an apology. Seriously will never again.

Tonight (8/1/2023) I was picking up a couple pizzas along with about 20 other people. The place was swamped and they were working hard to get pizzas made as fast as possible. It was a bit chaotic, but all of the staff was doing there best with a smile on there face. I applaud their professionalism and ability to keep their cool during a very busy time. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt it was warranted to write one about the staff tonight. Thank you!
