Really nice place with exceptional service. We got take out and they provided plates, napkins, parmesan packets, and more. The pizza was really good with just the right amount sauce and toppings.

I love their pizza and usually enjoy ordering from here, but my recent experience was disappointing. I called to place a pickup order after a long day at work, and Lisa answered the phone. From the start, she was short and dismissive. When I asked about the special, she replied, “Why don’t you call back when you know what you want?” I explained that I did know, but she said I took too long and the computer timed out.
Her tone was so unwelcoming that I didn’t feel comfortable ordering, worried my food might be mishandled. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but there’s no reason to speak to paying customers that way. As a business owner myself, I know how important professionalism and courtesy are, no matter the circumstances. I hope management ensures that future orders are handled with more respect, perhaps by assigning someone else to take calls.
