Got the plain cheese with green pepper and mushrooms. Absolutely amazing. I will continue to go back. Their pizzas are amazing and I have been around the block, New York, allover the place.

Was told my pizza would be delivered in 30 mins. It took an hour. Tried to tell me it was because my phone is disconnected... it’s not. Didn’t get any of my toppings other than the sausage and pepperoni. So I paid 33$ for a sausage and pepperoni pizza. Tried to call them multiple times and it just goes straight to voicemail. I legit feel like they basically stole from me. Do not order from them.

Had a good experience at this location. A very kind older gentleman was behind the counter and practiced great customer service. The pizza was off the charts. Better than downtown Sammy’s in my opinion.

I remember the days when The Elbow Room was open and we celebrated every occasion there! I’ve since moved away. I was craving Sammy’s Pizza so bad that I drove 80 miles to Superior to purchase two partially baked pizzas to bake in my pizza oven when I got home. The pizzas were just like I remembered...seriously the best pizza! The gentleman who waited on me was super friendly and took extra measures for sanitizing due to Covid-19. My only regret is that I would have purchased more for the freezer! Thank you! Can’t wait for the next time!

I only gave one star because I had to. My 71 yo mother LOVES sammys it’s her favorite but yesterday was an eye opener. She ordered a beef&green olive pizza (her usual). Her pizza arrived she ate a piece and realized it wasn’t olives it was green peppers. She’s allergic to green peppers! She tried to call but got full voicemail so my son in law called someone I believe named Megan answered he explained and she said a new pizza would be sent out on the next delivery. My mother’s pizza showed up within a half hour half the toppings were off and it was sausage instead of beef. Not sure who’s in charge but you need to train your people that make / deliver the pizzas better.

Sammy's definitely has some of the best pizza in the city. Despite increased demand for deliver due to Covid along with an oven failure tonight they still fulfilled my order hot and ready to eat. It may have taken some extra time but they still did everything they could with what they were given tonight.

I ordered a medium sausage and mushroom pizza for delivery. I opened the box and the sausage was RED!! So I called and was first told I could have a credit or they would send out a new one. I opted for credit, but the pizza itself was so much smaller than I thought it would be I called back asking for the pizza. WS then told they would not deliver it. I’m sick so I said I’m not coming to pick it up. Then he asked if I ATE the rest of the pizza, j said yes and I took off the sausage and could show it to him. He wanted me to take an 8 inch and I said I had a medium sausage and mushroom pizza so no that’s not going to work. I said I would talk to the manager and I was hung up on. So, with that kind of service and word of mouth being the best advertising, they deserve a no star and will be telling everyone about the lousy, cheap Sammy pizza. I will no longer order from them. I like customer service and eat where my business is worth receiving EXCELLENT customer service

Every time my husband and I have ordered from there the pizza arrives with all the toppings to one side of the pizza and it’s burnt. The service there is awful, the are rude and unprofessional. Stay away!

Drove up from Florida. Half of our meals were Sammy's pizza. I'm an old Superior man. Sammy's pizza keeps me young.
Sammy's is one of the best pizza places in the area. Superior and Woodland are my favorite locations.

I don't give out 5 stars very often but this pizza is well deserving of it. Ordered delivery and had the owner show up. Ended up having a great conversation with him. The pizza was perfectly made and still got when it arrived. I travel a lot and eat at many different places and I will definitely be coming back when I'm in town next.

Taste Does not compare to other locations. I had a 16” sausage form downtown Duluth and it was fantastic. Ordered a 16” form superior and it is so salty I don’t want to eat it. Very little cheese and I asked for well done crust and it’s less done than normal crust. I would not recommend. Your paying $25 for a pizza anyways, 5 minutes to go to Duluth is worth it.
