My husband and sister-in-law both ordered the fish dinner. Both were dissatisfied because the crust on the fish with thick and very salty and hardly any fish on the inside. The coleslaw that was served with it had absolutely no flavor. They ordered the plain french fries and like those. I had a prime sandwich and asked that they put a piece of hot pepper cheese and mayonnaise on it. It says it came on a ciabatta bun. When I received my order, it came on hamburger bun that was soggy as they can’t hold the juice as a ciabatta bun can. They never put the hot pepper cheese or the mayonnaise on it. The prime rib inside was excellent. My side was macaroni cheese and I would order that again. There was hardly any customers in there, maybe six at the most and the surface was so slow and the waiter bartender never came out over to ask to fill our sodas or ask my husband if he wanted another beer. I would not recommend this restaurant

Went in to order fries and buffalo wings to go was 15 mins before someone took my order then I sat there for 50 more mins was never asked if I needed something to drink. I get home to undercooked fries and wings that I asked to be cooked a little bit longer. Never will go back used to order out few times a week

My friends and I hadn’t been to the shack for a while. We were looking for a place to sit outside on a beautiful summer evening. Sad to say, but we will not be back. We were there almost 2 hours. Our service was terrible and our waitress was not apologetic about it by any means. The outside area was dirty (Food and used mayo packets on the ground. The food was OK.
